Should I start bringing my own ladder when I want to go shopping at Myer Launceston? As a mother with an infant It's impossible for me to shop because lifts have been out of service for over a year? And escalators are always down. Also how hard is it to install a toilet roll holder in the bathrooms? Honestly disgusting the state of this building.

Never an encouraging experience! Never any samples or sizes required. Launceston is not just a tall and skinny population.

Had a great shopping experience today. Customer service really is the difference between a good experience and bad. Marnie in the shoe section today was great. Very friendly, very efficient and knew exactly what i wanted straight away. She is an asset to the company. Well done.

POSITIVE EXPERIENCE for someone with multiple complex needs this store is a bit of a mixed blessing. Antiquated elevator that doesn't reach all floors, or narrow escalators that are inappropriate for any kind of mobility device.

BUT! The staff are AMAZING, I walked up to Scott in menswear and told him I'm the kind of guy who doesn't think he looks good in anything, and he gently guided me through a few choices based on me wanting to look cooler than I thought I could, zipping around to grab things I might like, all while doing his actual job, which isn't really being my personal shopper. I also described a little of my multiple complex needs and he was very accommodating.

In short this was a fantastic shopping experience, a level above what you'd receive in most stores, which is I suppose Myer's whole deal.

Prices are higher, but so is quality and service, and when there's a 40% off sale on your favourite clothing brand that you usually wouldn't afford it is more than worth the difficulty I experience walking all around and up and down a store of that size.

Non-Professional and Intimating Customer Service experience at Myer Launceston. Having a limited variety of item and that's a pride for one of the attendant.

It was busy but a sales assistant took her time to help us find the right size suit for my hubby

Quirky store for Myers. The mens department was surprisingly good. Had a lot of known labels and some good specials. I found experience interesting!

The staff are very friendly and helpful, they know their products and really want to help, it really makes a big difference when shopping

The lifts are not working.also the down escalators were not working between a couple of the floors. Was looking for bed linen and the range was limited

Smallish Myer store with dated escalators. Well displayed goods. Sparse pay stations. Friendly staff, if you can find them.

The cashier was polite but unfortunately I cannoy say the same about the janitor. She was utterly disrespectful and made my friend and I feel unwelcome from the second we walked in. She stared at us and followed us around the store until accusing us of being the reason for a few tags being on the ground along with telling us point blank "you know you're on camera right? " purely because we were carrying backpacks, which we had not touched since entering the store. It was the worst I've ever been treated as a paying customer, and for the dumbest of reasons.
Replace it with a Westfield, that would be far better.

Friendly staff, lots of high quality things that are a little on the expensive side but seem appropriately priced in terms of value.

Compared to the stores in Melbourne and Sydney, this is an old, tiny MYER with very little range of brands and products. I suppose it can service the local Launceston community given its size.

Can never find staff assistance when needed. None are experts or seem caring enough to assist. Very average.

Clean store:) upper class:) but staff in store have no clue where the women's toilets are. And no singnage anywhere that I've seen. Still can't find toilets after 6 years of living in Tas. Otherwise 5 star:)
