5 star rating simply isn't high enough for Vanessa and her team.
The day our property went on the Market I found out my mum had passed away in England. My husband and I literally left Vanessa to deal with everything; and deal with it she did. Less than a week later she had multiple offers at incredible prices and the house was sold. The speed of the sale and the price achieved obviously speaks volumes for Vanessa as a real estate agent. What stood out most for us is how genuine she is and how well she listens. It's been 20 years since we last sold a property so we really didn't know what we were doing and it was all so rushed because of our situation. When we were deciding which offer to accept, Vanessa guided us but didn't push. She made it clear which offers were best for us and not just about getting the highest price and in turn the most commission. Vanessa had our best interests in mind and not her bank balance. The service continued after the sale and she even made sure the mail box was emptied and the lawns were maintained while we were in the UK. There are a lot of very good real estate agents out there and I spoke to so many of them when making the decision to sell. Vanessa and her team are not just 'very good', they are 'outstanding'.
