1030 mins to wait for two kids meals, given two used Woolworths free ooshies as toys and one 2mm thick cookie for two kids to share. Not again very disappointing.
We visited for a coffee and were totally impressed by the excellent friendly service, we had a lovely coffee and frappe with fresh and delicious cinnamon and apple muffins, we loved everything about the place and will be back again for sure, well done Rosny Muffin Break you made our afternoon a very enjoyable one.
The foods are way too expensive and manager should treat workers more equally
and be nice to them.
This cafe has improved in recent months under new ownership. It is family owned and operated, and from a customer service perspective it is evident that they are doing their utmost despite English not being the first language. Food is always fresh and delicious and the coffee is great! Very short wait times and looks clean and tidy.
Very nice and friendly staff. I love their coffee and food as my breakfast! It is a excellent place to relax and talk with my friend!
Probably the worst coffee I had in ages. They use 1 shot of coffee for regular, medium or large! When i asked for extra shot they wanted to charge me! You might get away with it if you are into lattes or milky drinks but very hard to fake long black coffee.
I am sure the owner or the staff are not following coffee making procedures as per Muffin Break standard.
So today came here for a late breakfast and I was with my Nan.so she got her coffee and I got my frappe (as we ordered) only that my frappe was ice coffee so the went back and made ice chocolate.
Food tastes and feels like it's been left out for days, beverages are watery and don't taste right. Staff are firendly.
Great coffee hot or iced and other drinks, quite clean, friendly staff, great place to sit and relax after shopping or to meet up with friends.
Worst experience ever, dirty/dusty place, meals were cold and unedible, asked for a latte and got more foam than milk, the cup stuck to the saucer, service is non existant, we were seated away from the counter so our order was shouted out to the world for us to go collect. Clearing tables was more important than serving waiting customers. Unaware we were paying for self service.
