My encounter with Dr. Akram Mansourian left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned about the quality of care provided. Her conduct and demeanor during the visit were highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

Dr. Akram Mansourian scolded my partner during the course of her examination, which was not only disheartening but also inappropriate. We firmly believe that no patient should ever be subjected to disrespectful behavior from a healthcare professional. We understand that doctors may need to provide guidance and recommendations, but there are respectful and considerate ways to do so!

Very disappointed with the quality of care provided and furthermore was overhcarged (admitted to by the practice manager) on a telehealth call. Unacceptable.

Very ununprofessional, I was ignored by the so called Dr's down there for 12 months. I was given medication that I shouldn't have been taking which made me sick. I will be making a formal complaint about them. If you value your health go somewhere else. Lucas Parry and Jane Hampson are so unprofessional and rude it's not funny.

Had to call this clinic every month for a year before being accepted as a patient requiring bulk billing, yet they don't. Dr S fails to read patient history notes, fails to make appropriate notes, especially regarding adverse reactions. Dr S also appears to not have a basic grasp of anatomy, clearly does not know the difference between a wrist and an arm, also does not know how to take blood pressure correctly, will not observe the process and ignores your pleas thus will injure you and cares not that you have a massive bruise around your bicep that took 6 weeks to heal nor the fact the nerve damage to both biceps took a year to subside, such was not even entered into patient history. Dr S cannot even fill out a form correctly, will list you as having issues other than that discussed or already in patient history. I cannot describe the various visits as receiving medical care. I recall relating my experience with a drug that gave me no negative effects then being contradicted and prescribed a drug that incapacitated me, yet this fact was not entered into my file. I do not recommend this clinic. Duty of care, code of practice? No these are ignored.

I’ve been coming here for about 2 years and have found it to be a friendly and caring practice. Waiting times are usually short, and consultations never feel rushed. I usually see Dr Shadi who is a warm and lovely person and very professional. No complaints, 5 stars!

Not recommended at all. The way they treat their patients is not polite and it is unfriendly. Plus it is too expensive and not the best doctors in town.

Probably the worst doctors I've been to they don't see you and continue to cancel it appointment. Continues to give useless advice for empample I don't know just give him some Panadol that will maybe help my 1 year old son has been sick for a few weeks now and they refuse to see him

Can not go to see Dr if you are not vaccinated this is ridiculous Vaccinated can still spread the virus.

I have entrusted this practice with records of my personal wishes for my treatment in case of accident or death, as well as contacts in regard to the disposal of my assets.

I have found them to be reliable in the event of sickness. And caring about preventing sickness.

Friendly staff, Doctors take the time to listen and explain everything in easily understandable language. Great clinic.easy access.multiple services under one roof.

Staff are always friendly. (especially Kobi on the front desk) Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the wait time.

I will always have nothing but positive comments in regard to Mowbray Medical. The staff are always courteous and helpful.

Really enjoyed my experience at this medical centre. Very professional doctors, nurses and receptionists and very personable. After moving to Tasmania from the mainland, I found it hard to find a doctor I was happy with. So glad I’ve found Dr Shadi, she was absolutely lovely: professional, helpful and empathetic.
Love what the medical centre’s values stand for and they definitely withheld them during my appointment.
They followed covid safety protocols exceptionally well and I really found it five star service by the fact that a nurse greets you before the doctor on your initial appointment and takes all your measurements, vital signs and medical background details in a kind and friendly manner.
I really couldn’t recommend this medical centre enough. Thank you for such a positive experience:)

This place is very accommodating. Despite its indication on the website that it does not accept new patients, it still could find a slot to fit me in when I gave a call. The reception, the nurse, and the GP are very nice and friendly.

All front desk staff are amazing, in the most part know each patients name and always have a smile on their faces. Dr Napel is a very caring, knowledgeable and considerate doctor who even remembers family members ailments if they are are potentially linked to you, e.g. Genetic conditions that family members share

My practitioner was firstly, timely. To me this is a show of goods manes. She was friendly and preformed her tasks with perfect professioni.

Excellent service from my Dr as she is great, the girls at the service centre were really good and the waiting time was appreciated as I'm not a patient person at the best of times and don't like waiting for appointments of any kind thank you

Have going there for years and always find them all helpful especially Jane. Pulled me thru some tough times.
