Mowbray Marketplace reviews
32Realy like Market Place. Good range of shops and a few different places to eat. Plenty of parking and close to chemist and Targer
Amazing people polite and friendly staff who have been most helpful through the Monday to Friday trade.
Large store. I shop here regularly. Never had problems. Always get what O need and want. Subway is good here. Loads of parking.
POST OFFICE AWSOME
ALWAYS SENDING OVERSEAS AND PAYING BILLS.
THEY KNOW ME AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Main reason for visit was renewal of passport at post office. The staff there were amazing, curteous and friendly making the complete process seamless. Well done.
Has a Wollies, post office, reject shop, coffee shop, Subway, Butcher and a new agency. So i can get all thing there.
Good selection of shops. Post Office, bakery, chemist warehouse, Target, Woolies, Cafe, massage, newsagency.
Beaut place to do some serious shopping! Lots of different businesses in a close proximity to each other. Very convenient.
Great little market place. Lots of room to move between stores and adhere to social distancing guide lines. Heaps of parking available and always very clean inside
This rating is for mowbray butcher shop 6 definitely deserves a 5star rating for price quality and taste. If anyone who does read this try this business out for yourself because I will be getting my meat from here now on.
Not a bad place to stop. There's a few stores inside including JJ's banjos and a post office. Heaps of parking. Only down side is that there is alot of undesirable people hanging around making you feel a little uncomfortable or asking for ciggerettes out the front.
It's ok. Has enough to get the shopping done, and grab a snack. The woolworths is not as good as most others and doesnt follow the pricing from the website. The car park light has been flickering like a crazy strobe light trying to cause epileptic fits for probably a year and will likely never get fixed.
One of the best Woolworths stores in Launceston along with Kingsmeadows. In store bakery and plenty of bra NM d's in every price range. Love the new paper bags
Multiculturalism has destroyed Mowbray. Between that and the ICE problem, wouldn't waste my time in the entire area.
A small shopping centre based around Woolworths supermarket. Bakerys, coffee and reject shop onsite.
Generally good, young curly headed guy with glasses is rude, prolly just work somewhere where customers are not involved
I'm a long time shopper at M. M. P I must say what I saw the other morning discussed me I normally buy my bread every morning from bakers delight the other morning I happened to use the public loos first where I noticed one of the bakers come out of the cubicle after taking a number 2 no hand wash just walked straight out I followed went to get my morning bread to my amazement that same baker walked straight in and started preparing food like yuck I must say I never got my bread and will never again from bakers delight
It has a variety of businesses, including a Post Office agency, a Woolworths, plenty of bakeries, and a Subway.
Im only giving this high of a review as the store has a fantastic variety of items. Its such a shame the staff drag the stores review down.
I find the staff (not all, but a high percentage), to be down and out rude in the way they talk to you. Then as you walk away if you look back they are laughing amongst themselves and talking about you. Or should i say "us". It happens every time we shop there, a little too often to be a coindence.they also, when asked for lots of bags, will pack multiple bottles of soft drink, milk and other heavy items all into one bag, even after being asked for lots of bags and being told we have to walk home. Twice after being served we have picked up the bags from the counter and they were so heavily packed that the bags broke instantly on picking up off the counter. They also put things like bottles soft drink on top of bread or cakes. So you arrive home with no cream or icing on your squished cake. I try not to shop here unless im desperate for a item on special as i feel so unwelcome and judged each time i leave the store. Thus me deducting points on what would have been a 5 star score. A change of staff or a better attitude and a smile, id happily change my review in a heartbeat. I am always honest if i leave a bad review, and i rarely do leave a bad one as i know it affects the business but when its became this much of an issue that i dread going there, im leaving the only review i can. Im actually being very generous with what ive scored.
