Mini Golf Devonport reviews
15This place is in a great position in Devonport but it’s very run down and it’s in very poor condition, needs some maintenance bad not recommended.
A beautiful spot overlooking the Mersey River ruined by a depressing cafe and a mini golf course from hell.
Great coffee, enjoy a challenging little golf course.fantastic accommodation.location is close to the city, river views,
Minigolf was good, the course is definitely showing its age and could use new fake turf, one section is flooded and damaged bricks in many spots. Cafe staff told us there was no avocado and were apologetic but food also was missing salsa and was replaced with cherry tomatoes without being told, we mentioned our dissapointment in the food and the staff just walked away. The wraps were stale. Bit disappointing for the price.
Friendly staff, great coffee and they even have keto cakes/slices. We even got another for the “road”. A place to come back to.
Course is good but needs a bit of attention. The raised holes were very frustrating though as they took away some of the fun and made some holes almost impossible.
Myself and 4 friends showed up to eat, drink and play at 14: 59. They turned the lights off as we approached the door and said 'Sorry, we're closed. ' We said that we thought they closed at 4, she told us 'yea, between 15: 00 and 16: 00. It been pretty dead today so we're closing". So, that's cool.
Staff are wonderful, so helpful. The food there is great best chicken bites I've ever had. Course definitely needs attention. Edging bricks need 2 be fastened down better. Fairways don't drain well. Having 2 putt through puddles and stand in them takes away from the experience. The course itself is a good layout and some holes are quite challenging, with holes on raised peaks.
Only one hole was majorly flooded and messed with our score. Few sporadic puddles on other holes.
I enjoyed this mini golf. The ball return is blocked though so we had to move heaps of balls out of the pipe to finish.
What a fantastic place! The course is so much fun, plenty of laughs to be had. Highly recommend you pop into the café after and grab something to eat and drink. The food is absolutely divine and reasonably priced. We will definitely return
We went as a family group and most of us had a very enjoyable time. The course is well thought about and kept in good condition. Would definitely recommend to all ages groups.
This is a great looking course attached to a wonderful cafe with amazing food and staff (reviewed elsewhere). I did not get to play due to issues with my schedule on my visit, but it was nice seeing so many families having a great time, leaving me excited to try it on next visit.
I loved it. The place has nice views and is very peaceful. The staff at the cafe were friendly. The 18 holes mini golf course is well laid out and has its challenges. Throughly enjoyed it. Recommend it. The only drawback is wish the cafe restaurant which closes at 2.30 pm could be open till 4 pm. Overall was very good
Food purchased from showcase was stale, not enjoyable at all. Wasted our money, but coffee very good.
Good family fun, although to course is showing signs of ageing with areas of neglect and disrepair creating lots of trip hazards.
