I went in to get some new skincare products and ended up booking a facial with Sammy. I highhhly recommend. He gave me such great advice and the facial was amazing, so relaxing. Shout out to Sammy they’re the best!

Always nice staff, unfortunately my daughter purchased a foundation two days ago.she tested it on her hand so the next day she had red spots on her face. This morning I rushed her to the Dr her face is so red and burnt. So I'm hoping we can get a refund or something, shall call tomorrow.

I had an absolute beauty bonanza at Mecca Maxima yesterday! Their range of makeup is next-level, and I couldn't resist picking up some gems for my occasions. The staff was incredibly helpful, and their product knowledge was as deep as the Great Barrier Reef. Mecca Maxima, you've made me a makeup convert. I was helped by the wonderful Archie, and they nailed it! Their Passion, Knowledge, Enthusiasm, and Genuineness made for such an enjoyable experience. They helped me find a PERFECT product that was tailored to my wishes and left me insanely excited.
When you love what you do it shows, and Archie embodied this. Top Tier Service. What made the experience even better, was their ability to explain and demonstrate how the products worked. All of which was supercharged by their understanding of skin and the science behind the products.
Best experience I have ever had at a MECCA, and Archie is the reason for it. 11/10

Had the most beautiful and kind lady serve me today at Mecca, her name was Jane and she was just absolutely amazing so kind and helpful.

Today I visited Mecca, and I was greeted by Emily with long blonde hair who has helped me before. Emily is very lovely and caring. She generously took her time to help me find the perfect and easy to use product for my brows. Her product knowledge is great. I’ll definitely be back to see her soon!

Today we visited the store and we were blessed with the kindness of a staff member named Molly, who helped my daughter choose the correct products to suit her medical condition.
Molly also took a moment to explain that she had also had a medical journey of her own as a child, to my daughter and continued to wish us many well wishes for my daughters health.

Had a young girl help me swatch some foundation and match my skin tone, she was very helpful and had great customer service skills

Alex (American) was an actual angel and a fantastic make up artist. I came into the store extremely distraught about some personal issues that day and Alex was amazing. She was extremely personable and professional and immediately put me at ease. By the end of the visit, I felt completely better due to her charisma and professionalism and my makeup looked absolutely stunning. I told her at the start of the visit what I had in mind and she exceeded all of my expectations. I loved all of the products she used and my final look. I received so many compliments on my eye makeup that night. I cannot thank Alex enough but would like to offer one more massive THANK YOU, she completely made my day.xx

Thank God this place exists in this boring, two bit town! Mecca is an oasis to big city life you can escape to and indulge yourself for a while! Highly recommend!

Life saviour this place. Don’t really like to shop online when it comes to makeup and skin care, thank you for existing in Hobart. The employees are super helpful. Love to collect my beauty loop boxes every time I shop. ️?

I love mecca they have a large range of brands, they also give samples of foundation so you can try before you buy which is really convenient. If you buy the wrong shade they also will do a return which is amazing!

Don't even bother if you aren't a platinum blonde 20 something. I walked around in there for ages, being ignored. I was going to spend a small fortune in there but the counter help were too busy chatting to each other. Big mistake! Us 40 plus year olds have a lot of money to spend. NEVER AGAIN!

WOW. I was so impressed with the service I received in this store. I needed a lot of assistance and asked a lot of questions. The beautiful girl who served me was so patient and knowledgeable. Thank you Caitlyn, I really appreciate the time you took to help me understand the products.

I went in this morning to get a brow soap, was served by a girl who was very friendly and helpful, also another girl on the counter gave me some tips for use the product that I got, she's also very friendly and helpful too.
I had a great experience shopping there

I've been to MM for myself a few times and always had amazing service but a few weeks ago I accompanied someone for work who was visiting with some specific concerns. We were helped by a lovely person at the door (I didn't grab her name) and then an amazing soul named Sasha. The store was busy and the person I was with had a big story to tell and not once did Sasha seem like the person I was with was taking too much of her time. My companion made it clear they were not flush with cash and most likely couldn't offered most of the products in the store but this did not affect Sasha's demeanour or generosity. I can't even express what this kindness meant to the person I was with, and how much it restored their faith in how the world can treat them. Even if my companion never has the opportunity to purchase any products from the store, I am a guaranteed customer going forward!

I went to Macca Maxima Hobart store today and had wonderful service, I was served by Ricci, she helped me with colour match for my skin and listened to my problems while I’m choosing foundations, then she suggested me few of them actually the good ones. She’s lovely. Keep it up Racci
