McDonald's Ulverstone

The last at least 4 times i have been here after 12 they are having ‘technical issues’ and cannot take any orders.why be open past this time if orders can never be taken?

I dont go to McDonald's very often and probably a good thing. This was at McDonald's Ulverstone. It was so dirty, floor was filthy and the garbage bins were over flowing and this was around 11am. I tried ordering through self serve which was out of paper. I did have excellent customer service from a lovely young lady that didn't have a name on her name badge.

Coming home at 4am from nightshift, freshly cooked chicken nuggets were just the thing. Even at 4am, the young staff member was bright and happy and her smile lifted me and she made me feel important. Congratulations McDonald's, you have a wonderful employee.

I live in burnie but always have to drive to Ulverstone because burnie staff always says their system is on update but Ulverstone team is very friendly specially manager,
Food is always fresh as well.

What you expect is what you get.
Drive through is good and flows well.
Food is well you are at a MacDonald. So don't expect perfect food it is a fast food place.

The wait time was 2 hours for a store that is 5 minutes away. Food arrived, cold and with the wrong drinks. These guys repeatedly disappoint.

Very clean & close to shopping centres as well as shops in the ulverstone area. Close to other venues including the river & Park's for the children & has it's own playground

This is the worst Maccas I've been to in my entire existence every time i order from here its always wrong some how.sometimes its just an entirely different order or an item is missing very disappointing

Terrible service no syrup for pancakes no eggs for the sausage and egg Mcmuffin employee said will bring to table once cooked 35 minutes still waiting for eggs.terrible tasting meal.never eat here again.not compensated for missing items

It's mcdonalds they're always reliable and the food is edible, this was no exception.

The food was alright but customer service was terrible the boy was very rude and did not sound very enthusiastic I heard the other workers calling him mal or Malachi I am writing this to tell you that I don’t think he should be a worker there and needs a respect lesson because he was very very rude and I felt very disrespected

A well-trained and friendly staff, got my two orders quick. The online order was super fast and they sent me the order’s confirmation via email.
I will come over & over and I do recommend it.

Icecrèam sundaes, desserts and thickshakes unavailable, would have been amazing to know this b4 I drove into the busy Sat night drive thru, long wait only to be told unavailable

Advertise deals in their app.drag customers along to buy what is advertised.suddenly can't deliver on the in App advertised offers.repeatedly.pretty sure this is classic bait and switching at its finest. Multinational corporation taking in billions but can't actually honour their own advertised offers.not much point commenting, people are addicted and will accept the BS.

Today l bought aussie double Angus
Never ever for years when l was client l get so bad hamburger
Dry meat, not vegetable as, tomato etc, nothing only one piece tin betroth. Ham was like cardboard, sooking chips etc
Shame, shame again

They forgot part of our meal and it was really cold when we did get. The chips were limp as well, not happy this visit and I bought the big family meal $40 worth.the nuggets were hard and dry also.

I ordered one drink and waited 17 minutes but the worse thing is if I hadn’t gone up and asked about it they would’ve just forgotten about it PATHETIC!
Also the tables were a mess food wrappers everywhere and chips all over the ground

Typical Maccas. This one has a couple of staff members with hair out, flowing across your orders when we visited. Not good.

Went through drive-thru. The receipt was correct but almost half of our order was wrong. Didnt have time to go back and correct it.

Useless absolutely useless I am so angry with their performance I can’t even say what I am thinking. Pathetic!
