McDonald's Sorell

Took a while for the food to come out as they were very busy but the quality of the food was good.

Imagine paying extra for a large fries, and when you open th bag it's half empty. Super mcSad

After finishing our meal of cap and wrap, asked for a sundae to finish and was told by a female staff member that we don't have icecream here.

Some of the employees look like they smoked 5 cones ate a couch and head but their way through the door

Over priced.service actually going backwards.staff more interested in talking smack to each other then even the attempt at basic service

I once got 1 chicken in my double mc-chicken. The next time I went I got 3, he came back to me. The chicken knows, they see you, run.

Nearly every single time I get food here it is wrong and I have had enough.
If I’m lucky enough to pick on the mistakes before it’s too late and driven all the way home, when I come back I am made to feel as an inconvenience and it is never not a problem to just fix it.
I previously worked at McDonald’s for many years, this is extremely poor service and it really isn’t hard to get the order correct in the first place. Something must be done of this because this is no way to run a store.

It's McDonald's. Just like every McDonald's. Has the advantage of doing frappe late at night.

Excellent food! Toilet was extremely dirty! And smells like a pub toilet!

As good as a fast food place can be. Was left waiting for 15mins for our order of two meals. And then they forgot the chips but rectified it really quickly. Friendly staff.

Bad experience about customer service. Waitress are very indifference to customers. Can’t explain the situation by the polite way. No plastic gloves when they dealing with food. Bad hygiene environment.

Unfortunately the ice cream machine was being cleaned, so we waited 20 mins for a thickshake. Unfortunately it wasn't thick whennit was eventually made and the meals had sat there for 20 mins were cold and almost inedible. Waste of $50 +

Typical Macdonald's. The food was good, service was subpar, place was poorly maintained, machines were out of paper.

Worst MacDonald's ever. Staff slow and miserable looking. So many on but so slow with orders and not very often they get order right

GROSSE. Soft serve, handles cones, no gloves, goes to male toilet, car park, touches pimply face then hands you a half filled cone with attitude. Senior male full on attitude, said it's OK we don't handle food.

I ordered 6 nuggets and 2 McMuffins and they charged me almost $20 and the useless girl who took my order somehow managed to give me 1 McMuffin and 2 hash browns no nuggets what so ever and I even ordered extra bbq sauce and got no sauce dissapointed useless staff

The kids that work there don't know how to make coffee. They didn't know what almond milk was. Give it a miss guys

Pretty good honestly. Food was hot, wasn't dry, and tastes better than American McDonald's if that's anything to go off of.

We ordered 3 large meals (1x classic Angus meal, 1 x Mc spicy and 1x Fisho fillet). Drove back home to enjoy the meals and once we got home. The mc spicy was missing the patty. I don't know how you miss the patty of the burger. Drove all the way back to complain. The staff didn't really care about the complain, one of the worst Maccs managers were on the shift. She just gave us a new burger and sent us back.poor service, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Horrible service. Staff just stared at me when I needed their assistance on counter, as well as giving me 10 nuggets instead of my burger (which they gave me 9 instead of 10 anyways), and gave me a different pie when I ordered an apple pie, and it was wrapped in the apple pie packaging. Went in to complain about my burger being incorrect and was being ignored.
