Not good today I go every fortnight with my grandkids to see my daughter who works there today waited 20 mins for food and it was cold

Been a regular customer for like a decade and over the past year the place has really gone to hell. Consistent wrong orders, disgusting lettuce in chicken burgers, sloppy burger presentation.

And stupidly long wait times. Even ordering just a couple of small items takes a ridiculously long time to prepare (I've just ordered a couple of milk shakes and 2 apple pies about 70 minutes ago, hasn't left shop yet.)

Update to that order: Milkshakes never arrived because they don't remove unavailable items from their uber menu. Instead they charge you for them and expect you to refund it through uber.

Nevermind the fact that I never would of ordered from them had I know those items were unavailable.

The driver had no other orders on the way to me so that means it took them over 70 minutes to prepare 2 apple pies. Astounding.

Self serve kiosk didn't work and there was no on at the counter. Had to use the drive through

It's Maccas, it's ok without being great, it's better than some, but it's maccas. Coffee has improved since mccafe, but it's not 'good', food is as it always has been, which is good, because you know what you're going to get.

One of my favorite places to go when im starving

its clean and it only takes like 5 minutes to get your meal when its not 8am, 1pm or 6pm

Absolutely disgusting floors tables etc and too busy with uber eats to worry about other customers won't be back

Great service and food. Only pick if there is one is that i wouldn't have ordered a large fries if i wanted it filled as a medium.

Upon walking into the building around 10.45 pm it looked like a rubbish tip. Food, wrappers and drinking containers where screwn over tables and on the floor. We even had to ask for a table wipe down after clearing a table to sit at. Toilets where not much better. This was not a 1 off neither.

The service was terrible the bag was covered in gravy and we had no gravy in our order ‍️‍️‍️‍️couldn't even put fries in bag properly 3 of 4 were up side down and when went in to complain there attitude was appalling and the MANAGER was rude and didn't care at all absolutely terrible

So when your order from delivery service, you expect to get all your order right, well no half of our order we received which left someone hungry!
So you ring the store who say oh sorry you have half you items missing, but we won't deliver the rest to you we will get someone to call you back, really not impressed as not offered a refund and also no phonecall back to organise anything, really disappointing on the customer service here as she hung up on me aswell, so will be interesting to see when we are getting our refund or call back, very very bad service

Empty restaurant, my husband and I couldn't find ONE clean table to have our dinner. Shameful, disgusting. I had to get some napkins and clean the table myself.

They spend time on talking and planning their vacations rather than making food.i was standing there half hour and it was not busy at that time but still they took it (make it) long.

Coffee was very poor sat in for Breakfast food was put on bag no tray reciept not give poor service not like it was busy. Very disappointed

Bacon and egg mcmuffin stone cold. Flys all over the tables. No covid safe actions such as anti bacterial gel. An utter disgrace.

Food was hot, the store was clean and staff were pleasent. Coffee was average, pretty sure the barrista burnt the milk. It was average quality for a Macca's breaky.

This particular McDonalds excels at one thing and one thing only - being incapable of including all the items that you order.

Not for the first time I was left without fries, which is a nice change from missing a burger.

How they continually operate at such a low level is beyond me.

Complaints directly to the store are either ignored or fobbed off, even to the point of being told I was lying.

I would highly recommend eating literally anywhere else.

How this store is still being run this way is utterly pathetic - McDonald’s Australia you really need to sort this stuff out ASAP.

Friday night, 02.04.21 Whilst waiting for our order, my partner had a word with one of the front of house staff regarding hygiene and the purpose of wearing gloves. Ewww. I know they're just kids, but come on. They at least should have been trained in infection control and basic hygienic practices.
Sure the kid listened.to a degree, he changed his gloves, only to continue rubbing his noise and scratching at his head. Oh and lucky us, we witnessed a female staffer pulling at her eye lid stating 'oh I've got something in my eye' to a customer who she clearly knew. Then proceeded with her work.

Again, it's Maccas, and about standard. Nothing too poor and dirty but also nothing to write home about.

Staff were friendly and helpful, I needed a spoon and they got me one.

Had a late night double fillet o fish and 2 large fries.
When i started eating it was so cold and was not been able to eat it. Fillet o fish was very very cold and smelly.

Twice I've taken my Grandies to Macca's in Moonah and twice they have forgotten part of the order. Today we discovered before we left that they had missed a cheese burger and a loaded fries. (they did put them in when I asked about them) Then when we got home they had missed another chicken & cheese burger. The chicken salad "bowls" my wife and I had were mostly lettuce and VERY DRY because of the lack of dressing. NOW, I DO ACKNOWLEDGE THEY WERE BUSY ON A THURSDAY NIGHT but you at least expect to get the products and dressings you see in the descriptions. The Manager has taken my details and offered me a replacement meal for next time (Thankyou).
