29On a fairly quiet Wed early eve (Feb ‘24), we had their lamb shank and fish/prawn East Indian style meals. Both tasted absolutely great. The lamb meat just fell off the bone! And fish dish had just right amount of spices in it. It’s best to book a table as they do get busy and have limited tables. Which really really do need refurbishing or replacing as the outside tables make the place seem shabby/rundown.
Tastiest butter chicken! Also had salmon on the skin, also a 10. Super good food, fresh and spicy. Friendly service. Recommended.
One of the best Butter Chicken I had in Australia and so far, the best in Tasmania to this date. Kudos to the Chef! Great service by the FH lady too! Yummy Momos, definitely worth it.
Stopped here for lunch and had some of the best momos we’ve ever had. Would definitely recommend if you’re on Bruny Island.
Best food on Bruny!
The dumpling curry with chili oil & wallaby ragu were simply delicious.
Authentic quality food in a casual dining experience.
The staff were just lovely.
Cozy cafe. We had Housemade chicken momos which were the best and comes with 11 pieces say whaaaat. Chilli garlic prawns and salmon linguine were to die for.
Great coffee and delicious brekkie served on a pipping hot plate. Perfect way to start the day.
Our group got coffees here, and was so good to have a decent flat white! This island needed a spot like this ️️
Beautiful place and amazing staff. Suju was amazing and helped customising vegetarian and non vegetarian needs.
Our parents loved the crispy salmon with salad and rice and vegetarian linguine was delicious.
Fantastic dinner spot, then came the next day for coffee and it was even better. Highly recommend.
Came for lunch, had seafood linguini, lamb shanks and butter chicken all really tasty and hot. My husband said his coffee was 'sensational', hot and strong. Will definitely come here again and recommend to friends and family
Came here on our visit to Bruny Island, initially thinking it was Penguin & Peradolt as it was highly rated by Trip Advisor. As we were famished decided to eat here anyway, ordered a big breakfast with a chai latte. The food came out quite promptly but did not really look appealing with some random salad on the side. The look of the food matched what it tasted like, very mediocre. Staff was very nice and service was good, but with food. There's more to be desired.
Scrumptious food across the road from the beach, & next to the (only) petrol station & store.
Open for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
Food wasn’t that bad. But Hot Chocolate was not good at all. Felt like Milo mixed in hot water.
Would highly recommend eating here if you’re on Bruny. Seafood linguine was very delicious, with fresh tasting seafood.
Food was delicious, worth going to on your trip to bruny.our family loved it.will be going back on our next trip.
Delicious food- freshly cooked. Shame there’s no wine/beer available but the choice of drinks was excellent.
If you are staying in Adventure Bay, this cafe is a must do for dinner. We had the lamb shank and beef vindaloo curry. Both meals were superb. Avoid the night drive to Alonnah and go here instead.
Closes at 7pm though so go early.
Have our lunch here. Tried the pasta and the butter chicken with rice. All good, prawn and salmon were fresh and staff here was lovely. Good place for dine in in Bruny island.
We had the buttered chicken, lamb shank. The lamb shank was nice and tender, the buttered chicken was scoffed down by our younger ones but I would have liked slightly more spice. We went early on opening so service guys still working out their feet but all good and well worth a visit.
