I had to change our date and Ting was so very helpful. When we arrived Ting was so friendly and had even provided us with yummy pastries. The room was lovely and the facilities downstairs were amazing. A fully equipped kitchen (complete with cheese boards and knives) and lovely cosy dining and lounge. We have just spent 4 days enjoying this wonderful accommodation with our little French bulldog. Our room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated, the bed was very comfortable and we couldn't have asked for a more hospitable and friendly host. Thank you Ting, you really went out of your way to ensure our experience was enjoyable, we felt very special. We hope to stay with you often in the future.

With 2 small dogs that are our children. It was so lovely to find such excellent accommodation. The host went out of her way to do everything we wanted and more. Would stay there again no worries.

From the welcoming text message from Ting prior to our arrival, to our lovely farewell chat we cannot speak more highly of our experience we were lucky to have staying in this lovely establishment.
Our room was spotless, roomy, comfortable (extremely comfortable mattress) private and very quiet.
Ting is the ultimate host, very friendly and approachable, ensuring we had everything we needed and suggesting somewhere to dine out. We were travelling with our English Bulldog and it was clear Ting loved hosting pets by her interaction and welcoming manner toward our dog.
After a big day driving and sightseeing, it was lovely to have the feeling of a home away from home a truly relaxing atmosphere to unwind. Having a dog to be able to run around a safe secure backyard is a bonus also.
After a wonderful nights sleep we were treated to a perfectly cooked breakfast which was provided at a very reasonable price in our room, or if preferred served downstairs. We weren't in a hurry to leave so opted for room service.
Chris and Ting offer very tastefully decorated accommodation in a peaceful private setting, a few mins from the main street and beach.
We highly recommend this special place, and will be staying here whenever we are in the area again.

We came over this town to visit a friend. What we were after is simple - safe, clean, quiet, comfortable, convenient and friendly staffs. This place is nothing short of magnificent. The view from our room is just a super add-on, something that has exceeded our expectations. The lovely owners Chris and Ting were not only professional but also kind to cater the requests we raised. It is worth an advocate to anyone of this place for any kind of visits to Penguin or close.

I have stayed here twice, both times were a great experience. The rooms are decorated beautifully and were kept really clean. The host Chris and Ting were absolutely lovely, that were extremely welcoming and happy to help with anything you needed. They were also very knowledgeable about the all the places to visit and activities to do around the area. I will definitely be staying there again and I highly recommend anyone looking to travel to the North West of Tassie to stay here as well.

The room is sparklingly clean, nice, well equipped and cozy. Enjoy the view from our room. The host are nice, friendly and very welcoming. Will visit again next time.

Beautiful room in penguin. It's a 2 minute drive to the beach. Chris is a great host. The penthouse room was clean and very modern.

Great place to stay, we had quite a relaxing stay. Place is cosy, comfy and well equipped. Chris, the owner was approachable and friendly, gave us a very detailed run down about the place upon our arrival. He lit the indoor fireplace for us which was amazing. Highly recommended if you are looking yo stay in the area.
