Everything smells so good. You can try before you buy, and it's all ethically made. The staff are friendly and helpful, and sometimes you get freebie samples of products.

What the hell happened to the website. Use to have a drop down menu with all the categories and now it's gone. If it's a change it's a really really bad one and is enought to deter me from shopping both online and instore, if it's a glitch please fix it or help me fix it.

Popped into the store for only a moment, but Adam was so positive and helpful! Came out with some lovely bath bombs, but a feeling of warm Hobart Hospitality too.

I had the absolute pleasure of checking out the Hobart store this afternoon. The staff was engaging and welcoming, knowledgeable, and generous with their time. I even relayed that I was just checking things out for my gift registry and wasn't looking to spend today. And the service didn't waiver.
So many personnel of shops of this quality can be so arrogant or aloof but not here. It's seems the quality is not just in the ingredients. Your staff represent your brand impeccably.

TBH, I used to love lush and I have several experience with lush from different cities, however, this store really changed my opinion. The staff were super nice to western faces, lol. At least 4 staff at store, but when I came in, they just chatting to each other, totally ignored me. Ok, good luck with your business.

I’m not from the Hobart area but I had the most amazing and friendly experience in the Hobart Lush. Natalie and Maddy were extremely knowledgeable, kind and considerate. I could not recommend a better store or staff members. Please please open a lush in Launceston and work there!
