Luna Lodge Tasmania

Stayed for two nights with my partner while in Tassie and this was by far the best stay we had.
The surroundings, the decorations, the sky full of stars, the bathtub, the hospitality, everything was outstanding!
Highly recommend you book a stay here for a unique wonderful stay.

Easily the most memorable and enjoyable stay on our trip. A great concept executed beautifully. We stayed in the Serenity lodge and loved the styling, design and attention to details!

What an absolute honour it was to stay at Luna lodge and meet all the animals.
Everything is so modern and advanced while still being environmentally conscious.
This place is an absolute must visit if anyone is looking for natural escape from the comfort of the dome!

Absolutely Perfect!

This was our second stay at Luna Lodge, this time in the Serenity "Castle" Dome. The care and attention to detail that has gone into creating this dome is absolutely incredible and we cannot wait to come back! Tom is a wonderful host and it's great to see his passion for his land and his animals, and for providing an amazing experience for his guests.

Pictures truly do not do this amazing place justice! The care and attention to detail that has gone into creating the most fabulous and luxurious guest experience is second to none. Let's not forget to mention the craftmanship involved to create this haven, you can see and feel the love that has gone into it.

Cannot recommend Luna Lodge enough as the perfect place for you and your special someone to take some time out to appreciate the Serenity Dome, aptly named!

Enjoyed the two nights staying at Luna Lodge away from our daily life!
Felt extremely relaxed in the peaceful bath under moon and stars!
Farm tour was wonderful, which gave us a great opportunity to interact with animals!
Camera couldn’t catch the real beauty especially the details!

Pictures do not do this place justice - you have to be there to experience the peace, the warmth and just pure gorgeousness of the dome and its surroundings. Having the opportunity to pet and interact with the animals is an added bonus - we loved meeting Molly and Valentina and all their other farmyard friends. Tom and Valeriya have done an outstanding job in creating a stay that is so special and unique - we highly recommend that you go and experience it for yourself!

My partner and I stayed 2 nights in the new Castle Dome. And WOW what an absolutely magical experience! The farm and the views from the dome are stunning, especially at sunset and sunrise. There is a stone outdoor bathtub in a royal themed garden that we spent hours enjoying amongst nature. The entrance to the dome has detailed gargoyles and a gorgeous rose door handle. Then inside the dome we were met with medieval themed touches great and small which was mind blowing to see. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! And the bathroom’s entrance was through a secret doorway which was so much fun. We loved our stay and will definitely be back. We have previously stayed in their tranquility dome too which was equally as incredible. Do yourselves a favour and come and check it out for yourselves! Thanks so much, from Laura and Jon.

We had the most relaxing couple of days at Luna Lodge. It was great to get up close and personal with the Highland Cows and the Pygmy goats and learn about the improvements done and planned for the farm from Tom. Luxurious in every way from the super comfy bed to the amazing stone bath. Do yourself a favour and treat yourself to some peace and tranquility at Luna Lodge.

What a magical little spot! The bath was to die for, cozy fire, huge pillowy soft bed, attentive hosts and such fun to meet all the animals! Tom and Valariya have done an amazing job, with so many throughful and fun little touches and clearly a lot of hard work! Hard to believe it's only 30 minutes from Hobart. We're already planning our next trip to check out the second dome and cuddle the goats again!

Stayed 2 nights at the end of our trip around Tasmania, Tom is so friendly and has done such a fantastic job setting up the property. The dome was amazing and we loved the interaction with the animals. Everything was fantastic. Cannot recommend this place strongly enough!

Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Very welcoming and friendly hosts (animals included). Perfect weekend getaway at a relaxing and amazing location.

We could not have asked for a warmer welcome. The dome is absolutely gorgeous, filled with lots of special little touches, completely private, with an outside bath that takes star gazing to a new level. Tom's complimentary farm tour is a must, the animals just add to the experience, we loved Freya the dog who takes her warm welcome hosting responsibilities very seriously. We highly recommend the hot breakfast pack, free range egg from the farm, delicious bacon, fresh mushrooms and tomatoes topped off with home made bread, still warm when Tom passed it over! We had an incredible few days at Luna Lodge, we went prepared to stay put and relax and we enjoyed every minute. We're already planning on when we'll be back.

My fiancé and I had the most amazing stay at Luna Lodge and wish that we had stayed longer! The outdoor bath was incredible and the bed was the comfiest we’ve ever slept in. The fresh warm bread upon arrival was also delicious! We really loved getting to tour the farm to meet all the animals and learn about how much hard work has been put into making this little slice of paradise! Not one bad thing to say about our experience and we will most definitely stay again if we’re ever back in Tasmania!

A must stay in Tassie! Luna lodge is the whole package, amazing hosts, friendly farm animals, beautiful scenery, super comfy outdoor bath and a well fitted out dome. Tom and Valeriya have created something super special at Wattle Hill and I can’t wait to see their second installment dome they are currently working on. Tom you are super creative and thank you for taking us on a tour of your farm and next dome. The highland cows, mini goats, chickens and Freya (farm dog) make this experience even more special. We had the most relaxing stay and can’t wait to go back.

Luna Lodge is a true hidden gem! Tom & Val have created the most relaxing experience for their guests with no corners cut. The dome is clean, spacious & has everything you could want/need for your stay. The baked bread upon arrival is most delicious, the animals are so friendly & the bath is heaven on earth!

The most relaxing two nights we have ever had. The dome is beautiful, and the king bed is so comfortable. The outdoor bath is an absolute dream. Our favourite stay in Tasmania to date. Tom and his animals were so welcoming and added to the overall experience. We hope to return in the future.

What a wonderful way to start our honeymoon! Just a short drive from Hobart airport through picturesque countryside, our excitement on arrival at Luna Lodge continued through the whole of our 2-night stay.

The dome was well-laid-out and struck a great balance between being both stylish and functional. We didn't expect to feel as comfortable, cosy and at-home as we did - neither of us wanted to leave!

Some of the many highlights included meeting the animals, the outdoor bath and the super-comfy bed. We also loved the little touches such as the freshly-made bread on arrival, and the daily visits from Freya (the resident dog). We couldn't fault the hospitality of our hosts, Matt and Kate. The optional food packs were a perfect size for us and and the tapas platter was simply outstanding!

We can't wait to go back!
