Lord of Pizzas and Cafe

Brilliant find whilst exploring Hobart and dinner options! Large servings and we had the Spinach & Fetta Calzone, along with the Veggie Mate pizza, both rich I flavours and great pizza base. Very impressed and satisfied!

Ordered the "vegan pizza". Never had a pizza with hummus before but it was amazing. Friendly service, awesome vibes.

I very rarely leave reviews but this pizza was so incredibly disappointing, it’s a good thing I was hungry otherwise I wouldn’t bother wasting the calories. I decided to stray from our regular pizza place to try Lord of Pizza and because I didn’t want shredded ham on my Hawaiian - the photo of the Hawaiian on the LoP site showed lovely pieces of shaved/sliced ham. What a mistake… the pizza base was so flat it was almost non-existent, the ham was shredded, the whole thing over cooked and brown and dry. The measly three bit of rocket hardly worth bothering with and who puts rocket on a Hawaiian anyway? There was nothing redeeming at all about this pizza and the won’t get a second chance from me.

Self-described as New York-style and gourmet which seems incongruous. I would describe it as Indian-style pizza. Definitely not NY - they don't sell by the slice. Some of the pizzas are topping heavy and needed a knife and fork.

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at this pizza restaurant. The staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful, and I was shocked by their unprofessional behavior.

As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and it's unacceptable for staff members to act in such a manner. The behavior of the staff was not only disrespectful, but it also made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

I strongly advise the management of this restaurant to take immediate action to address the behavior of their staff. Customers should be able to enjoy their dining experience without having to deal with rude and unprofessional behavior.

Overall, I would not recommend this pizza restaurant to anyone based on my experience with the staff. I hope that the management takes appropriate action to improve the quality of service provided by their staff in the future.

We ordered a peri peri chicken pizza, it tasted average. Chicken wings didn’t tasted like chicken wings at all. Felt like those were tossed in chilli and served.

Amazing fresh pizza I have had in a very long time, fast service.will definitely be back and also be recommending to others when visiting Tasmania.

We ordered Margarita pizza the taste was average, could be better. I would definitely like to try other flavours one more time and wish to change my review. However, staff was unwelcoming, off vibe and ignored while leaving. Zero acknowledgement. Overall, poor customer service.

Third time we went there. My wife was standing near the counter while the staff was talking over phone (which was fine by us). A wonderful lady came in, the staff welcomed her and acted like we didn’t exist. He asked what she wanted and she told him my wife was on the line first. I asked him, we have been here for around 10 minutes, you didn’t even acknowledge us. He simply said “sorry, what you want! ”. Felt disappointed as we liked the pizza.

Though, I don’t know the reason of this behaviour, but the if it’s because of what I think it is then I think Skin colour or appearance should not be a factor of how one behaves to others.

Amazing vegetarian/vegan pizza options! O. M. G was fantastic. Veggie vulcano was much better than your average "vegetarian" combo. The bases were good quality, makes a difference.

Best Pizza, I don’t know how anyone could be negative about this place “ Chicken Teriyaki “ yum, great job guys

These guys have changed the definition of pizza making. I have never tasted such pizzas in Australia in last 10 years.

Such a disappointment. Use to be a good one but suddenly drop their quality. I tried couple of time to give a one more go, but even after mentioning still same quality. Might be good when quite.

The waffle fries were and amazing and the two pizzas we ordered were fresh and delicious and they were ready fast

We were staying just 30 second walk from Lord of Pizzas so tried it out of convenience. The menu looked very good. We had a calzone, garlic pizza and chicken pesto pasta. All 3 were excellent. Fair serves for a fair price. We ordered online and food was ready as promised. I would thoroughly recommend them for a traditional pizza or pasta

Consistently great pizza with great variety of toppings and styles. Service is fast too. Even though it was a pizza place but Waffle cheesy fries were delicious. Definitely going back.
