How is it that a singular subway employee zooted out on his mind on pingers can make a sandwich faster than a team of 6 at this joint?

Average at best.
Ordered Cos received iceberg.
Meat portions microscopic.
Dressing flavourless.
Everything about my salad was just really average.
Wake up Australia, you're being ripped off.

Crazy busy around lunch time but the staff still manage to keep a smile on their face and offer great customer service. They are also very accomodating to different needs.

Stumbled across this place while I was in Tasmania on business. Wish we had these places in Melbourne. Excellent healthy choice and the staff are just sensational.

I love eating at Liv-eat. Everything is so fresh and delicious. I have even converted my mother.

The food is mostly healthy, unfortunately very meat-heavy with few vegan options. It's busy at lunchtime, and a lot of take-away food is sold. The music is very loud, conversations cannot be overheard by the neighbors. The Burrito Bowl and burritos are cheaper from 3pm.

Very dissatisfied with lunch today at kings meadows. Inexperienced workers, lunch was cold and coffee was late and bitter. Staff had to issue refunds. Maybe have an experienced barista would be a start. Will think twice before coming back.

Yesterday myself and three other customers waited for over 10 minutes to purchase a takeaway sandwich. You simply MUST put in a seperate way of paying for simple takeaway items or you WILL lose customers. I'm certainly not going back and I doubt the lady in front of me who had been waiting even longer than me will either.

So unbelievably bad. Woeful staff and food. Go elsewhere.
Ordered online and one of the items was out of stock, I was waved in the direction of a completely different item and refunds only processed by head office.staff rude and defensive. Food average and overpriced at best.

Nice panini and coffee. Great health option in the centre of town.
Staff were busy but orders were still provided friendly customer service and prepared the food quickly.

Had tastiest and coffee. Was OK. Had to order using the self order machine which was OK, got a receipt with my order number but there is no display to inform you that your order is ready. Staff busy working or chatting until I approached them to ask if my order was ready. Which it was and sitting on the counter for a while. Could they n I t have called out my number at least?

DONT HAVE THE SANDWICHES me and my family were leaving the place and they were putting but WITH THEIR BARE HANDS on top of the sandwiches and putting them into a tub and into the fridge for tomorrow EW they could be months old with thousands of germs on them

Very good and quick service with positive vibes all round which made the experience a whole lot more enjoyable.

Was a very clean and nice environment also, so please go check it out for sure.

Felt healthy and clean after eating it also which made my day so much better.

Terrible service and attitudes from the staff!

Today while my niece and I ordered two peanut butter super smoothies we were rudely interupted when the girl serving us started getting excited and waving to a customer who came into the store to have a chat and say hello.

When she regained focus she was blunt and rude towards us and once we had paid she didn't say anything like a thank you or that our order was on it's way. She just blankly stared at us, looked slightly confused and asked if there was something else she could help with to which I replied not at all.

We then waited for twenty minutes for them to come out! Every customer who ordered after us, including ones who had only just walked in while we were already waiting, were getting their drinks and food beforehand and it was obvious that the staff had completely forgotten about us.

Meanwhile, while there were six of them serving, a couple of them were having a rant about their jobs in front of customers. Clearly not caring about their professionalism.

Once they finally decided to acknowledge me and figure out what had happened to the drinks they didn't even apologise for the delay.

When we eventually got our order I asked which one had the scoop of protein since they didn't bother to tell me and they pointed at one randomly as they clearly didn't know themselves or had forgotten to add it in.

We definitely won't be returning here any time soon. I've seen better service from literally anywhere else.

RETRAIN YOUR STAFF.

F’ing delicious. A little more $$ than I would normally spend on lunch but i couldn’t help myself because it looked so good and I wasn’t disappointed. I wish there was one of these in Shellharbour.

Love going here always great food and service, today I ordered from Uber eats for the first time, being sick and thinking one healthy meal will fix me you know how it is staff left a little note with my food and it really did make my day. As always exceptional customer service from these guys?

Worst service ever had. Took 25mins to make my order. Then, to realise it was stuffed & everything in the order was wrong.

I was on the go & we had to take a bus & was really disappointed.

Highly don’t recommend.

The team should be very proud of themselves! They are short staffed today but they are professional, clean, communicating and getting things our reasonably quick. The customer area and food displays are tidy and still well presented. Congratulations.

Nice atmosphere. Good food but a bit expensive. One of the best quick and healthy places to eat in Launceston.

Need to train your staff how to make coffee ️ and not to overheat the milk hot.
Coffee taste burnt.
