Ordered take away bowls today. 3 people behind the counter, 1 making a coffee, the other took my order and proceeded to make it, 1 leaning on a counter.
While waiting I watched 2 people people come in, stand for a couple of minutes and get ignored by the young man behind the counter. They walked out. I would suggest that young man needs a lesson I'm customer service. This was at approximately 11.30 today.

Burrito was delicious, good coffee, fast service and food came out fast. But it seems noone cleans the tables. The staff were not overly busy and during our time in the shop not once was anything cleared off the tables. Every single table dirty, and customers coming had to move dirty cups and plates onto other tables. Seemed that staff just were not prioritising the front at all. Maybe just need a firm manager to enforce a bit of urgency.

Very slow taking order, 1 staff member was cleaning. Tables to choose from were not cleaned. Food came quickly, but Chicken Satay bowl was WAY too spicy. Smoothie was great!

Very slow customer service, waited for multiple staff to finish tidying before we were even greeted. Store was filthy with not a single clean table to sit at and floor covered in food. Satay was incredibly spicy.

The girl standing behind the counter was too busy on her phone, to serve one customer apparently. This morning it took more than 15 mins to make one coffee. No queue of people, I was the only person ordering coffee. Usually they are ON it but this morning was pretty slack. I work in a similar area and my boss would hit the roof if we were on the phone while customers were waiting. DON'T call in here in the mornings if you have to go to work. Bad form guys. Really bad form.

Opens 7: 00 am each day. Serves excellent nachos and hot chai. Friendly staff and reasonable prices for products. One of my go to places in Eastland. Usually go there if I have meetings.

Would love to have a dedicated corner for reading books and just having me time by the window for loners who would quietly like to observe the hustle over a warm cup of coffee. ️️

Great customer service. Opened early for us to have a coffee. And, well done not using paper cups (unlike that other Tasmanian bakery chain that begins with the letter ‘B’), even for the milk on the side.

My wife ordered us two coffees takeaway.
Waiting for 10mins and they haven't even made them as worker took our money and then didn't even put it through.

The Burrito should have been called the rice wrap as 90% of the filling was white rice. Such a let down as I usually love this place

The young guy in there on the coffee this morning was SOOOOOO slow. People don't have time to wait 10 minutes

$8 Burrito bowl Tuesday, only after 3.30 PM has a $1 beef surcharge. I have given them feedback on their website what I think about this "surcharge", but haven't heard back. Dump the surcharge!

Selected food rhen was advised that price was more than advertised on the board.
Response "im sorry, we haven't got round to changing the board"
Not good enough. I guess if they gouge every customer an extra dollar it adds up to a significant amount each day.

If you're in desperate need of cold fast food that is what this place is selling.
Terrible sugary drinks and salty fatty meat covered in salty sauce.
My salad was more mayonaise then salad.

Wow. Asked fir a simple TOASTED sandwich wuth avocado, egg and cheese. I got an un toasted sandwich with avocado that still had skin and bits of the seed attached. Not happy

Salad presented well lots of color no taste or flavor lacks wiping of tablets between customers and collecting dirty cups etc observed to be flies around where patrons eating

Fantastic eatery for the eastern shore! Great food, great coffee! Made my Christmas shopping much more enjoyable!

Alright customer service depending on who is serving you. Over priced but quite nice food. Nice hot drinks.
