I really wasn’t happy with this place the fact I had to separate my kids because of there ages wasn’t a grate feeling and having to somehow watch all 4 at the same time was extremely difficult. The food we order was actually horrible example the potato cakes was comply crispy there was no potato left in it the coffee was burnt and for being a family friendly place there was absolutely no highchairs to use not only myself but other parents was sitting there little ones on top of the shoe boxes so they wasn’t running around with food or so they didn’t have to hold them constantly. The price was a lot to enter and to feed my family. My eldest daughter who is 13 was told she wasn’t allowed to watch her brother age 2 in the toddler area because she wasn’t an adult not that she was doing anything wrong at all just cause she wasn’t an adult mind you the teen girl that was working in that area at the time never said anything to my daughter about being in there I believe it may have been the lady running it that said something so obviously the young people in there aren’t doing there jobs properly and we have to feel like idiots cause nobody says anything at the time until the boss comes out…. It’s just an all round bad bad set up place and expensive and hard for big family to go there and enjoy themselves……

Great space for all ages.
Whilst I do think price makes it out of reach for alot families to do regularly it is a nice treat for the kids.
I see alot of people comparing lexfun to mainland places, I think it is fair to point our that alot of these places, all over the country close down due to the costs involved.
There is now only one play centre in the south of the state for this very reason. There were 4 only 5 years ago.
I don't think a business charging what it takes to keep the doors open should be worth 1 star.
We are from Hobart and usually visit bounce, I really appreciate your investment in air-conditioning, it's nice to watch the kids play and not sweat my butt off

If u have children in different aged groups for example mine are 1,3,9,13 my 2 eldest could only do airtime my youngest could only do baby area however my 3yo could do little jumpers as well as baby area but that's an extra cost on top and if your a single parent it would be extremely hard to be able to watch all children at once. My finance and I found we were going back and fourth to much with our children just in 2 different places. Unfortunately my older 2 children won't be back but I'll bring my younger ones back but it won't be a all the time thing Unfortunately. Our Family had more fun on the way out in the arcade area than what we did while there but overall was a good day clean environment

I think you have me confused with another unhappy customer on the same day, understandable, there would a lot I imagine.
My two children were not playing rough anywhere and are 6 and 7 years old, playing correctly in the orange and yellow band areas after paying extra for access to the playground.
You do employ a lot of teenagers, not sure what that has to do with my review. They sure didn't look happy to be there I must say.

Pay for entry and then unlike every other trampoline land in the state, pay to enter other areas like the playground or even use basketball hoops on the trampoline area. Areas are segregated by which colour band they have on, something my children hated because they were told while jumping to put the balls down which were all over the trampoline area.
No outside drinks or food allowed, negative points but expected from this kind of place.

Despite there being a gate to exit straight out, you are instead forced to walk through their arcade of $2 to play machines.
You very much feel the weight of being there purely as walking money, surprised they didn't have a paid parking area to be honest.

Don't bother, just go to one of the public playgrounds in the area and then buy a trampoline for the price of less than 2 visits.

Great value during school hours but outside of scholl hours a very expensive short activity for kids. The fee would be good if the time was not limited to 50 minutes.

Was really excited to check out this beautiful new space! Unfortunately did not live up to expectations. The expense was astronomical! Every where you turned was another way to spend money: each section is a cost, add ons available. As this was my first visit I was unaware each session was limited to one hour. I arrived at 11: 20, was asked to vacate at 12. Exit is also through the arcade space, very tricky with little ones. I hope better passes become available as the centre itself has a lot of potential.

Great place to bring our granddaughter however the booking system is overly complicated. It would be beneficial if it was simplified. Some maintenance and cleanliness issues could be addressed. All in all it's a lot of fun for children.

It’s loads of fun but the prices of it is a bit to pricey and it could be a bit bigger then what it is but part from that it’s good

The kids had a great time. Lots of space and no crowding. Music was played and created a positive ambience. It was relatively priced as we had to get 3 pairs of socks as well. It was great.

A great fun day with the kids and good deals and prices as well also good fun for the adults as well I'm definitely buggered after the day there with my daughter and was only $17 each to have access to the trampoline area as well as the kids area for around 4 hours

The bounce and battle package for a birthday party. Cassie and the team were fantastic and bent over backwards for us. Would definitely recommend.

There is a lot on offer. I like to go for tots session I find it the best value as I get to jump on too for the 30 min trampoline session then the long inflatable session. If needs be I can go in the kids inflatables section though I love the obstacle course it's fun. There is food and arcade machines also on offer. Take socks and empty your pockets.

Take my advice, avoid the overpriced coffee because the bathrooms are as disgusting as the public toilets in public parks. It obviously hadn't had a decent cleaning in a week, if ever. Overflowing bins, paper towel and toliet paper scattered across the floor, human waste all over the seats and broken stall locks, flusher buttons and toilet roll holders. I will not be taking my kids back.

Great experience for the whole family. Kids loved it! Great friendly service and food was delicious. We will definitely be coming here again and again!

Great kids entertainment complex with multiple activities and a kiosk. Definitely worth a stop!

My daughter went to a birthday party here and she had a funtastic time. The Mother of the birthday girl was very impressed with the value for money. So was I. I'm now considering having a party for either of my 2 kids there. Great place for kids to run around and have loads of fun.

Rude service.
Make sure you read not only what's at the counter but everywhere else as what was on the counter were prices for weekdays.
I got annoyed thinking it was a certain price then when I pointed out that it shouldn't be there if it doesn't say only weekdays while it's the weekend the lady got angry and ripped them off. She walked off saying mumbling in annoyance.
Also says 11.00 - 3.00 but apparently your only paying for an hour and a half. Don't know why they have 11.00-3.00 with $17 written down if it's only for hour and half.

Awesome venue, friendly staff, old mate was on the spray bottle and cloth keeping the place clean.
I would imagine that the negative reviews come from the types that can't be pleased no matter where they go.
