Rudest customer service. In such a small lovely town with lots of better stores than this one. Old grouchy lady who just stared at us all rudely and even muttered words under her breathe not even trying to hide the fact that she was being blatantly rude and racist. As a tourist attraction heavy area I would have expected better when visiting this lovely London town in Tasmania. If you expect better there are much better stores just next door to visit!

Stunning shop terrible service - a business is only as good as it's customer service. Maybe I just went in on a day when they had lazy staff on.

The best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a store, anywhere in the world. I honestly couldn’t wait to write this review and share my experience because it was so outstanding. Not only is the store itself absolutely stunning, two beautiful staff went above and beyond to help me find some earrings and a little jewellery box for my daughter’s 9th birthday. Very happy customer with a very happy daughter:)

Went to look at the Christmas Shop lots of different decorations the only problem it was up some steep steps but we'll worth a look

We go every time we visit Tasmania. There is so much in one store - thankfully there is a pub nearby! She loves the Christmas shop and the staff have always been very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Specially went to this shop as am Christmas fanatic. RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, watched the whole time like I was a thief. Went across the road and got a wonderful Christmas ornament from someone who knows how to serve.

We only went to Richmond for the Bridge and a pie but we found this gem in Lafayette on Bridge and bought a beautiful Tapestry which they are posting home?

My wife and I have been to this shop a number of times and have been very happy with the service given to us. Contrary to what some people have said in reviews, we found the staff to be quietly contained but came to life when we talked to them. They have all been friendly and helpful. Some prices are high but they stock products you can't find anywhere else in Tasmania. Many pieces are from overseas and very special. The Christmas shop is wonderful, full of amazing decorations. If you want beautiful things, made well, then you pay a little more. We think it is well worth going to this store. The township of Richmond is well worth a number of visits. Wonderful shops to explore makes a great day out. Thank you

Love this shop, I go there at least once a month. Lots of home wares that I like. Could spend a fortune there every visit.
