KFC Ulverstone

The best KFC on the north-west coast. Chicken and chips regularly come out hot the way it should be

I had a job on in Ulverstone. I'm from Burnie.
Myself and my workmate had KFC 3 days running. KFC Ulverstone without fail nailed it all 3 times. Food was the best i've had, service kicked all the butts, however i have been to KFC in Ulvestone many times over the years.and it hasn't ever failed. I quite honestly believe that whoever trains their staff, should be training the whole states worth of staff.

I don’t understand why staff seem to think it’s acceptable to allow rowdy young people to sit in the dinning area when none of them buy anything from the store, this happens regularly and it makes sitting down and enjoying the meal that we have purchased impossible

This is the cleanest KFC I've been in staff always wiping tables and sweeping floors.well done guys and girls

The young teen Bailey with the mullet had excellent service was quick and was happy to serve me with my food

Busy here but loved the freshness and flexabilty especially with potato and gravy additions

Besides language difficulties and not able to do mathematics very good fast and correct order taken and delivered

Cabbage is not lettuce. My burger hade chunks of Cabbage in it. Please use lettuce as I will be returning the next burger I get with Cabbage or I just won't return

I work here and I'm paid to say it's Excellent it has great service friendly employees and great communication.

The whopper is well -priced and i love the burritos that they sell here
happy meals were certainly a good addition but sadly are overpriced

They’re really speedy, especially this one speed demon, he’s also really cute too, 10/10 will come back again

Went in on Sat just gone the 2 girls turned there backs and ignored me so i went down the road to the other chicken place got prompt friendly service wont be returning.

Always best local Kfc way better than Devonport. It just amazes me that u order a meal with potato and gravy or coleslaw and u have to ask for a spoon every time!

Drive though was busy. Went in as only wanted 2 choc mousse.
Instead of just handing to me after I paid.had to wait till my order number after others waiting for hot foods. For goodness sake the fridge was behind counter.

Surprisingly good (for kfc). Chips were salted spot on (usually it's none or did you want chips with that salt) and my food actually tasted fresh (for deep fried junk)

Food was disgusting 6pm 8 Oct 21. Chicken was dry and the coleslaw was extremely sloppy. Not your usual and you can't possibly think it is ok to serve sub standard food. I had to bin most of it and certainly won't be back!

Service OK but your management skills suck, priority giving to drive through while walk in customer's are standing around waiting for there orders, the one young lady out front had a trainee badge on and looked flustered, a man complained because his half filled order had been sitting on the bench for 10 minutes and was now stone cold. Customers who walk in should be given the same level of service you give drive through.

Check your order before you leave. Two out of three times have got home and found items paid for but missing from the takeaway e.g. Chips or sauces.

Went and ordered 2 pieces of original breast pieces and came out with a thigh and a drumstick. And not even a serviette
