KFC Mowbray

This is the Second time we went to eat at this store and nothing had changed, the tables looked like they were washed with a dirty cloth, the seating was sticky, the food was only just warm. Asked for my burger to be heated but it was the same the second time. Also the girl who served us never gave us the right order of drinks. One young guy that must ofworked in the kitchen came out for his break, put his foot up on a chair to fix his shoe etc. He looked a bit grubby to. We are no snobs but get put off when eatery's are dirty. We will go a bit further and eat at the king's Meadow s KFC in future.

I have to edit my review for the second time, I just read all the rest of reviews and apart from a couple they were all really bad and one thing kept repeating, how dirty the place is. One lady had reported to health Dept. I may do the same.

Very poor service from drive through staff! Was spoken to rudely. Absolutely disgusting service. Would not recommend this kfc!

Good service but most times when getting the order through their app they tend to forget stuff.

The food consisted of tiny little pieces of chicken which would not even rank being called a chicken. The place was filthy floors were stained from serious lack of proper cleaning. Tables were obviously wiped over with a dirty or UN rinsed cloth. Quite disgusted would not eat there again.

Typical KFC good food, suffers from order inaccuracies sometimes and generally not the cleanest but you can say that about every KFC location and it's sadly come to be expected.

This is the most consistent store in the area in regards to general quality of food and service.

As with all KFC stores staff are basically teenagers supervising teenagers

Really appalled at restaurant lastnight. I stated I didn't want pickles or pepper mayo on burger it was put into menu order as I watched. I waited for ages first one to order out of about 8 people last to get mine and got pickles on it.

As stated in previous reviews of there being hair in the food. I’ve attended this KFC tonight the 10/11/22 and ONE staff member had a hair net on. All staff, including a male with a mullet was not wearing any PPE.
Additionally, the staff look younger than the age 20. Where is the responsible adult on shift?
The store was filthy and I’m highly disappointed in the service as well as the wait times I have encountered on my first and last attendance of this store.
I hope in future this is fixed as I’m sure the health dept will NOT be happy when they hear of this, to which has already been reported.

Today I had ordered a tender meal to find a pube in it! My hair ain't orange as this was the color of it! Did I get a refund no, I just got given another tender! This is just another reason why I check my food before eating!

A big thank you to all the helpful crew on Monday. We got exactly what we wanted and still warm and delicious when it got to Scamander. Everyone was thrilled.

Chips great, chicken great, nuggets most of the time good.sometimes seams as if need cooking bit longer.staff friendly,

Didnt realise it was closing time already, coming home after work, the young crew members offered to serve us anyway, really appreciate it guys, youre all legends!

I’m actually writing this as we sit in KFC. If I could give half a star or no star I would. Rude staff when they greet and basically slammed down our meal. Won’t be back. My 8 year old son went and asked for a fork and they said no. Table dirty from previous customers. Food stuck to the table. Went and asked for a wipe never received.

Ordered my box combo paid to have the wings replaced with a zinger fillet so would expect that change to happen but received my meal without the changes even though I paid the extra for the changes

Ordered 6 wicked wings - wait time was 10mins as they ran out. However, one of the GIGACHAD ladies from the kitchen gave me DOUBLE of the amount of wings I ordered as compensation. Would totally visit again.

Currently due to shortages they're using both lettuce and cabbage, it'd be nice if they didn't have a flashing sign with that as someone with a food allergy and allergic to cabbage, I understand the staff we're busy hence why they didn't meantion it but extra signage or a note at the front counter would be appreciated. Once again the staff are fine because who has time to tell every customer about the shortage during busy hours, upper management dropped the ball.

It wasn't bad and the staff handled working without the aide of the order machine well. Quality of food is what you'd expect from a KFC.

Service was friendly & reasonably fast, but $32.70 for 2 original recipe burgers, 2 reg popcorn chicken, large fries & reg potato & gravy. I thought was a bit steep: -/ Got home looking forward to a nice burger only to find brown slimy lettuce & a hard stale bun! I will never go there again & I won't hesitate to tell everyone I know about my experience.

Food was enjoyable service is
basic and rushed. Kings Meadows store is worse, wrong orders and food in orders seems to be normal practice for both stores on a regular basis.

I recently went to Mowbray KFC and asked for a 3 piece feed with a breast piece but what I actually received was more like a 3 piece feed scrounged out of a rubbish bin. Seriously the breast piece was not much bigger that a chicken nugget. What sort of business are you guys trying to run, running it into the ground is what your doing, stop ripping off customers and bring back honest good quality product for money like it used to be!
