KFC Brighton

Restaurant was clean and the more modern decor gave it a fresh feel.
Food came out reasonably quick.

Only complaint was was that on the day the cops weren't up to their usual standard.

Great experience at the new KFC at Brighton.was served by TRINITY.very polite and courteous, nothing was to much trouble.excellent employee and great asset for KFC Brighton

Ordered 2 boxed meals online and only received 2 drinks! When I called them asking about it and they said they're busy.if you can't handle being busy at the fast food sector, get some other jobs or change the bloody management. It's NOT the first time they missed or sent the wrong items

We got the "mates box".
The burgers weren't made fresh and were sitting for way too long.
Had to send them back.
When asked supervisor "would he eat it? " The response was, " No, I wouldn't. "
So why are they serving up food that they won't eat themselves?
Anyway, to be fair, they did give us a refund.

Waited 48+ minutes on a Sunday for my meal, after 30mins of waiting they told me that the chicken would be another 14 more minutes away, multiple people came in and out getting their meals whilst I was left waiting, some of the meals I know had the chicken in them that I was waiting for! I live 4 hours away and don’t normally travel to Hobart regularly, this added an extra hour onto my already long trip, I got a phone call the next day saying they could offer me a replacement meal, I told her I don’t live there I live 4 hours away and that I travel to Hobart once a year and she said all she could offer was an apology, I’m sorry but after that terrible experience and a ridiculous amount of waiting time. An apology is not good enough and the problem hasn’t been resolved!

This was the most amazing KFC experience, the staff were lovely and very kind. The meal was absolutely delicious and I couldn’t ask for a better easy dinner

The last 3 times I’ve gone through drive through I have had my orders come out the window completely wrong. It’s a Much better kfc at Bridgewater and we will forever go there instead now. They just can’t seem to get orders right! And they rarely season the chips.

Restaurant dining area always dirty and not cleaned properly staff always standing around talking to each other instead of cleaning and keeping the place sanitary kfc Brighton doesn’t even deserve a 1 star better to just go to Bridgewater kfc.or some where else.

The food I’ve had from here has always been perfectly fine and the service is generally friendly but the kids that work here struggle with a complete lack of leadership. They get very flustered with the orders, especially those made in-store, and can be very tardy. Every time I’ve gone in I can never see who exactly the team leader is, and I think there basically isn’t one. The staff are left to their own to figure everything out and do the best they can and don’t have good management which ends up being the cause of the problem. The workers are doing a great job, but the store is poorly managed.

Picked up my son and his partner from the airport and decided to have an easy tea prior to Christmas day and what an absolute disaster, we spent $46.00 on the family bucket meal (originally we wanted the 21 piece box but apparently they run out of chicken, which cost $35.00 (roughly), so thank God we live 5 minutes away because it was so overcooked we took it back, received 15 fresh peices, shock horror "it was raw", we gave up, many many times I have given this lot a chance but there is no hope in hell it will happen again, sadly

The staff never smile and seem unhappy to work there. They did not offer spoons or serviettes.

9.30pm on a Saturday night and was unable to supply any original chicken at all‍️. Bridgewater will get our business from now on.very disappointing

Staff at times seem very disinterested in helping the customer, when seeking their advice staff often became very blant

A convenient KFC on the outskirts of Hobart. Easy to access on the trip towards Launceston. A little out of the way if coming from Hobart. Clean, quick and what you expect from KFC.

Garbage… make sure you check your order before you leave. Some items missing, some incorrect, terrible service.

Pretty good. My burger was phresh and juicy. Some of the staff were standing out the back and looked rather bored.

My last visit to KFC at Brighton was disappointing to say the least and it was just after they opened and I never intended to return however hunger and convenience got the better of me and I returned recently.
This time was acceptable but certainly nothing to get excited about.
After my 1st visit I sent their head office an email of complaint and disgust but never heard back from them.
That disappointed me however I guess it's to be expected as generally that particular KFC is rubbish anyway and I am sure they would have many complaints to deal with so I am not surprised.
My main concern is the lack of customer support from a large company.
I only go to KFC when I really have little options!

Answer your flipping phone? Just driven home and have the worst I’ve ever had. Chops soggy and half empty, burger buns hard cold and like leather. Nuggets soggy and look like walnuts. The dogs got dinner but now us. Real unfknimpressed!

I really like this KFC. Been here a few times now, on the way back from Hobart. Place is always quiet and clean. Food is fresh and staff are lovely.
