Large living space and good layout. Apartment is clean and comfortable. Perfect for a family.

Place was amazing, lots of fun for the family of 6. Big thanks to Emily as she provided everything we needed and she was easy to talk to. Only 4 stars because it would have been better with spa, lol. Overall, great places to stay. I highly recommend!

Very nice clean open apartment. Very central location. Very comfortable amenities. Very recommended.

We stayed for a night and we were happy with the level of communication and the correct information given by the owner. The only issue I have given three stars is a horrible smell coming into the flat, which forced us to cover the internal drains. It didn't eradicate the problem, but it helped to lessen it.

Whilst we never got around to staying at Kangaroo Bay Apartments I wanted to leave a 5 star review on the fantastic customer support we have received over the last couple years. We tried to head to Tassie more that 6 times and each time the team have been able to shift around our bookings.

Had a great time here but you need a car which we had. Beds could be a bit more comfortable and some fans in the bedrooms would be nice. But I would stay again.

Beautiful apartment with fully functional kitchen, washer, dryer and even a sofa bed. More than plenty toiletries etc. Very easy access to City and nearby attraction. Just the parking space is little cramped but plenty of street parking available in front of the apartment.

We stayed in three apartments over a few weeks. All of a very high standard particularly compared to overpriced hotels in the CBD. Extremely clean and excellent level of communication. Highly recommend the Marina apartment for the views.

Hassle free booking for this apartment. Facilities were clean and close to shops and restaurants.

Excellent location only a short walk to shops, restaurants, stadium and a ferry service to Hobart CBD. Well equipped kitchen and handy laundry. A very comfortable apartment with super friendly staff, my family and I really enjoyed our month long stay at Kangaroo Bay Apartments and we would well recommend to others.

Excellent accommodation, chosen specifically because of mobility access and it delivered on every advertised facility. Close to the city, very close to the quaint bellerive marina area and I would strongly recommend to anyone particularly needing wheelchair or mobility access

Beautiful modern apartments with all the amenities needed for a stay. I booked a 2 bedroom with a Queen bed and 2 singles and got a apartment with 2 Queen beds. My children had to sleep together, whilst not ideal they were happy to do this. I also think the rate per night is above average and for this reason I won’t be back.

Stayed in apartment 2bhk 6 and 7 on march 20-22. It was super good and impressed with turn key inclusions. Every small need was made available for use without need of going for shop. Must Live there than visiting. 5 star for this.

Stayed in apartment 4 3 bhk on march 22-23.was totally hazard. Kids got broken glasses stuck into their feet and started bleeding. It was nightmare.reason BBQ area is not cleaned before our check-in and we are not aware. We tried to call available person at night 9.30 and he was sooo rude and arrogant. He dint offered cleaning. Lady takes responsibility at job but the night shift person doesnt care if we need help.
Also this apartment has broken locks in bathroom and cant stay comfortably though hosts 10 guests. TV doesnt work on wifi

Great location. Well equipped facilities. Unfortunately our bathroom toilet was dirty on arrival and an ear peircing alarm rang at 6.00am daily in the vacant appartment next door. Disappointing considering the price we paid.

Really nice apartments in Kangaroo Bay area, with many restaurants with walking distance and Hobart CBD a short drive away. Stayed a few nights and loved it. Well equipped kitchen. Was quiet, warm, and managed to see the NY fireworks from the balcony. Only gripe were the super tight parking spots downstairs. Otherwise 5/5!

We stayed at The House, and it’s easily our favourite place to stay when we are in Hobart. Plenty of room for us and our little boys, the kitchen has everything you need, a lovely balcony, and close to everything.

Very very happy to recommend these apartments. Very well layed out and plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, linen, etc. We stayed in #5 which was bright and airy. Very clean upon arrival and excellent information on what to do if things go wrong, how to work all the appliances, local restaurants.very very helpful info! The apartments are well located near to large shopping centre, Hobart city centre and the main roads in/out of Hobart.

Absolute horror stay. ANTS attack!

Stayed at the Kangaroo bay house in this beautiful city along with my extended family of 8 that had travelled from overseas. Paid in excess of $700 per night to make sure we get the kind of space their facility offered as we had 4 kids with us.

We were very happy to see the facilty when we arrived on day 1 as it was just what we hoped for. Spacious, near the city and with a mall closeby.

The experience started changing on the first night itself and we started seeing ants randomly on the floors, the walls on the staircase, couch and every other part of the house. I alerted the manager in the morning and she came over to have a look and did some chemical treatment saying these will go away.

They didn't. To our horror the next morning, the morning we were checking out, was a nightmare. We woke up to about 500-1000 ants all over the kitchen. It was so bad that it kept the kids away in the rooms and we just couldn't believe what we were having to deal with. We just couldn't use the kitchen and our horror did not end there, there was a barrage of ants in the bathroom as well specially around the toilet. This experience spoiled what was otherwise a fantastic trip.

On returning home I sent pics and videos of our ordeal to the management apprising them of the lack of maintenance at the property, requesting them to fix the issue and asking them a refund of 1 night as we had paid an exorbitant price and expected the facility to match the price paid let alone being in this condition.

The customer service is the worst. They have denied my request and have been trying to negotiate with offering me 1 night stay in fufure or $100 refund. Would anyone want to go back and stay in their property after this experience?

The place was very clean and tidy, had everything you need. Would definitely stay there again.from myself and rest of my family. Very close to shops.
