By far the best massage I have ever had. 90 min remedial w/ hot stones. Appreciated her explaining why and what she was doing and providing specific stretching techniques to do at home in between sessions. I walked in feeling tight, tense, and restrict and walked out relaxed, with better movement and near no pain!

Jellynn is obviously a very experienced practitioner who knows what she’s doing. After a general assessment, she mainly targeted my upper back, shoulders, and neck, which is where I get the most muscle tension and pain. She used various remedial massage techniques including trigger point therapy, hot stones etc to try and release some of the muscular tension. Would highly recommend her!
