Jack and Chelo

Our kelpie X puppy absolutely loves Jack & Chelo! We had been on another fresh food brand but once he tried J&C he wouldn’t touch anything else. Super happy to be supporting such a lovely family owned, local business:)

Jack and Chelo are exactly what I’ve been looking for. Just knowing my two senior dogs are getting everything they need in the one meal puts my mind to rest. The selection of meals is amazing! My dogs just love this food!

I have two toy poodles, and I have not come across dogs that are so fussy. I decided a month ago to mix it up and try another brand along Jack and chelo and they ate absolutely nothing for 3 days straight. I would put the food down and they would walk away. They refuse to eat anything else but Jack and chelo. It was also an eye opener too trying something different, the quality and smell of food was pretty off putting. Then you open a packet of Jack and Chelo and you realise how much love and quality is going into the food. We love you and support you Esther and even if we are all the way in Sydney we will continue to support this amazing product.

Esther is amazing - my pups are on a raw diet, but my pups love her bone broth and my old boy gets excited over his sardine heads (it’s his puppy crack)

I have been ordering Jack and chelo for over a year and a half now ever since my puppy Bowie arrived after trying some of the other varieties we have found that Jack and chelo best suits are lifestyle and needs We couldn't be more happy with the experience

My dachshund absolutely loves the meals that Esther makes, and I love that it can be delivered to your front door. Of course, you can also visit the shop and collect it yourself. Great variety & excellent quality.

We were thrilled when Jack and Chelo started their dog food business as feeding our Labrador the best possible food we could find was a priority. We met Esther and knew from the start that her passion for animal welfare and the care of our pets was a priority for her. We also order bone broth which our two cats love.

Jack & Chelo was a wonderful find having moved recently to the Huon Valley from Sydney. Harriette our Miniature Schnauzer has always been on a low fat, high protein diet and the loves the food also the variety. A real bonus is the ability to have it delivered to our doorstep. We have been a customer since Easter of 2023 and its so great to see this business grow - wishing you guys continued success and you are onto a good thing!

Ive been buying Jack and Chelo dog food for my Blue Heeler for 2 years now. Since being on the food my dogs coat is shiny, teeth are perfect (even for an 8 yo) and no more stinky dog farts
The convenience of the set and forget subscription and delivery means I'm always stocked in the freezer.

We have been with Jack and Chelo ever since we got our pups (roughly four years ago), and we wouldn’t feed our dogs anything else!
They are super healthy and happy dogs, not to mention their coats are amazing!
Esther has been an amazing business owner and puts her heart and soul into her work, and is incredibly genuine and caring towards her customers.
The food she produces is better than the food my hubby and I cook for ourselves - we have always said our dogs eat better than we do!

I have been feeding my dog Jack and Chelo since moving to Tassie 2 years ago. It is the ONLY pet food that has not given him an upset tummy and that he continually enjoys to eat! Esther provides great customer service as was evidenced when I had an issue with moving house a few weeks ago.

I highly recommend all of the products on offer and so does my dog!

Absolutely fantastic! Finally found something our very Fussy poodle will eat!
They come in very convenient sizes and for Levi a couple of meals worth!
The food is always fresh and you can see all the ingredients. The flavours give him a very varied diet. No nasty commercial smell just wholesome goodness.
Our gets delivered via Australia Post. It is well packed and still frozen.
Can recommend anyone with a fussy pup to give it a try!

Jack & Chelo pre-prepared meals was my saving grace. I had a 14 month old puppy that became so fussy she would not eat anything that was dog food. I seen Jack & Chelo advertised & decided I would give it a try. I had no expectation given she wasn’t eating anything apart from roast chicken and I was very stressed that my puppy was not getting her vitamins & minerals her little body needed. Since the very first meal I gave her she couldn’t get enough. She loves Jack & Chelo meals. My fussy puppy’s entire evening meals consists only of Jack & Chelo. My sweet girl is absolutely thriving on these meals & we could not be happier. The best part is there no preparation for me, no cooking including no waste of left over dog food drying up in the fridge. All we have to do is heat up a meal for her each night and without hesitation every night our now 22 month old Frenchie enjoys a nutritious meal full of only the good things you want your puppy to eat. They only comprise of human grade ingredients & there are 6 awesome meals you can choose from. My fur baby has 2 favourites which are beef & beets and Salmon & blueberries although she does eat them all. This fussy puppy is thriving & growing rapidly & we are so relieved we have a combination of different meals so she doesn’t get sick of one flavour. Best of all I signed up for a subscription each fortnight so I automatically receive new meals every second week. Thank you Jack & Chelo for keeping my fussy puppy’s tummy full & for helping her to grow into a strong & happy puppy full of beans. I 100% recommend Jack & Chelo meals & already have 2 friends subscribing to the meals. They are the very best ️️️️️

Esther was a a miracle when our little tiny sausage dog wouldn’t eat anything. We were told by a friend who also had fussy dachshunds to try it out and we have never looked back. Tilly our dachshund has had jack and chelo for 3 years now and Esther has been so supportive in ensuring we get out supply no matter what through our moves. Highly recommend for any dog!
