Inala Jurassic Garden reviews
20 The garden was such an enjoyable visit. I've never seen the birds and flowers elsewhere before. Saw a large snake as well.
The museum might need a little love though.
Stunning gardens! Great variety of plants, especially natives. Lots of great info around the track as well.
Also got bogged in the carpark (my fault lol) and the amazing people who run the place helped me out
What a beautifully laid out area of tranquility.
The sounds of so many different birds, the smell of trees and flowers. I sat back and watched the honey eaters fly from Bush to Bush.
A special garden that you need to visit. When you get there just take your time and enjoy the beautiful plants and birds all over the gardens. Godwanna and Jurassic plants abound.
Nice if u like gardens but we are not so inspired where other people may appreciate it’s beauty!
Definitely worth the stop when on Bruny - even just to support a good cause. Amazing gardens, very informative and a cute little gift shop.
Large gardens with quite unusual plants. Don't miss the fossils or the rocks and minerals. A bit dorky maybe but really interesting.
Pleasant place, lovely gift shop and you can see some patymelons (not sure if this is the right spelling). It's a small animal similar to kangaroo.
There are heaps of variety of plants in the place. If you big planet lover, there are hidden gems available there for you, heaps of car park available. Lots of historic things to see as well.
Walking tour with Bori was so good! The conservation and education work done on Inala is something very special. Definitely worth stopping by - we will be returning again the next chance we get!
Great collection of bones fossils and other historical Tasmanian goods. The garden is beautiful and very tranquil place to spend the afternoon
A bit of a drive but worth it. Extremely peaceful with beautiful grounds. It was so quiet that you could hear birds flapping their wings as they flew over, a lovely way to disconnect and relax while among a great curated collection of plants
What a relaxing and inspiring space on the island. As a former Kiwi it was interesting to see such a large number of New Zealand trees and their common link to Gondwana (land) and the ancient Pangea Continent.
I LOVED this place! It was one of the highlights for our Bruny Island trip. Staff very friendly and the museum was great! Not to mention seeing large Wollemi Pines.
Great child friendly spot on the island. Beautiful gardens and collections to intrigue young minds.
Very relaxing place to sit quietly and enjoy nature.
Beautiful, serene and wonderfully signposted. An extremely extensive collection of over 500 plants illustrating how Gondwana might have looked. Very helpful staff and very cute gift shop. Definitely worth checking out
Now a days, You will not get a chance to see a Dinosour but you will be seeing what dinosour ate that time.
Very nice location, lots of interesting plants. I have to say the rocks/fossils and old bottles were amazing though and were the highlight of our visit
Lovely relaxing place. The gift shop is really amazing value got some beautiful earrings with gemstones
