6Nice spot. Could be a lot better but unfortunately let down by a self serving council with no vision and a dislike of progress.
Lovely scenery and great fish and chips. Today we were spoilt there was also coffee and ice cream. Lovely
My granddaughter really enjoyed the playground and when she had had enough she was happy scooting along the paved path that runs along the river.
Lovely spot to rest and walk the dog while travelling. Great under cover picnic area and very clean amenities.
Two play area to choose from, both with varying child ability and age appropriate play equipment.kids favourite is the dual spiral slides for races.limited parking on busier days, bbq facilities and picnic tables available with a large lawn area under shade and open sun spots to set up for a few hours of play, or relaxation
Always a great place for a picnic or BBQ beside the river, and feed the ducks. Plenty of tables in the open and a BBQ with a shade roof. Also a big BBQ hut with four tables and two BBQ. Toilet facilities at one end of a meandering concrete path. Fish and chips van was there today. No need to bring anything except hat and sunscreen on a sunny day.
