Hungry Jack's

Nudgets are soggy and very bad in taste and it is dark brown. Very bad experience with nudgets.

The dirtiest fast food place I have ever to. Service terrible. I will never go there again.

Just a snack to try their new Tatos. The place looked a little messy but it was busy just at the end of lunch and they were just starting to clean. Polite service

I mean it is just fast food chain. I don't expect so much from them but manager here is bit rude and not professional for sure. I ordered the meal through machine in the shop and I explained them more than 5 time properly what did I order and the manager he seems like he dosnet believe what I said and so confidencely showing wrong docket is mine I told him that's not my order and he was like no this is your order. I double checked and told him no it's not and he just said okay. I had to ask him am I still getting my order or not because he didn't explain anything after that. Also as I said, I told them what I ordered and they still forgot my icecream topping which I paid for.

We ate instore and very cold due to aircon. Ordered two meals. The base of the buns was thin and damp. Way too much sauce and mayo dripping out onto our fingers as we tried to hold the burgers together as we ate. Chips not hot. Friendly staff. Some seats are damaged and need to be re upholstered. Tables also shabby. The store needs some TLC.

Burgers r really good at HJ compared to Ma ad chicken burger deal with nuggets and chips was really good and delicious

The most disgusting place I’ve ever been to.
The whole shop is absolutely filthy. I needed to use the restroom and honestly I think I need to have 20 showers to feel clean again. The seating areas were a disgrace, the blond girl who served me and my friends made no interaction with us what so ever when handing over our food (we ordered in the self serve checkout) the health inspector NEEDS to visit this place and shut it down. We sat down in the booth to eat and both felt absolutely turned off our food so we went back to the car. We will NEVER go there again, and tell everyone we know to avoid this place like the plague, because to be honest, the plague is probably what you’ll get from eating in Hungry Jacks north Hobart.

This is the worst hungry Jack's in Hobart. The toilets are a mess. Urine all over the floor in the men's and menstrual blood and used sanitary products overflowing in the women's. Disgusting store.

The delivery is totally what I ordered and the staff asked me to contac thw delivery company.

Very bad experience ever faced! Went to hungry jacks today late evening drive thru and the man who took our order was verbally abusive so that we returned back home without ordering the food! Never ever recommend to others!

I must say that the experience is very bad and the conversation with the staff was ridiculous (drive thru). Left before buying the food and hence no reviews about the quality of the food. Never refer to anyone!

Dirty with many tables covered in rubbish. Staff oblivious to this as they chatted behind the counter. Elizabeth College students monopolise most tables and leave school bags everywhere, blocking access. Not a great experience

The men's toilets in this place were atrocious. The cubicle door was off the hinge and dirty. The urinal was filthy and it looked like the toilet had not been cleaned in a week. The coffee was terrible and the staff uninterested in serving. This is by far the worst Hungry Jacks/McDonalds I've been in. Plenty of room for improvement.

This Hungry Jacks store situated in North Hobart is in a great location. The menu is the same as all the other stores but it has a good variety and good prices. Given that there is 3 different businesses in the one lot car parking is a little restricted but that is understandable. It's got a car wash on the other side of the lot and next door to a fuel station. Walking distance of Elizabeth College and plenty of stores nearby. Overall a good store

I go here a fair bit. The food is good and the staff are friendly. When I'm getting an order which is a little bit complicated they miss something about 20% of the time. Most often they forget the nuggets from the hunger tamer. Usually I'm going through the drive and I don't bother going back.

It's a little irritating but I still go there a fair bit because on the whole they're pretty good.

The sitting area was very disappointing as they were narrow for larger friend of mine to sit. We had to pack the meal and go out. Also the toilet was very dirty around 12 noon. Very disappointed

Rude and unprofessional supervisor working in the store. Whoever is manager need to train supervisor to understand about customer service and way to behave.

This place shouldn’t be there anymore. The service and hygiene is a joke. Hungry Jack shouldn’t be classified as a fast food, the service there is way tooooo slow. If you need some food from a very dirty kitchen and a messy bench top you can wait 15 minutes to get it from this place.

Grotty and tired looking.
First went there when it opened in January 1997 and it was very nice and new back then, Tables and seats still there 25 years later only that they are dated and dirty nowdays.
Place has a boxed in feeling ever since they put that useless partition wall in between the Shell and Hungers sections and it looks ugly and half finished. The pathway out the front is dirty and to be honest the whole building needs a total revamp to improve the look and cleanliness feel of the place.

I enjoy hungry jacks 100% more than any other shop that sells similar items. Our family just loves it
