I have been coming here for years
There have been times when waiting time was long.but most of the time not waiting to long.always friendly and helpful.
This clinic was fantastic but in the last 12 months a lot of the talented doctors have left and others are on stress leave. I am currently looking for another clinic.
Very well run practise, but not taking new patients. Is doing Covid vaccinations, appointment needed.
Funny they keep saying they don't take new patients yet they seem to put new doctors on and friends keep talking about the new doctors. Having moved to Lutana from the other the other side of Hobart and regular doctor retiring we need a doctor but the front desk seems to block us from seeing a doctor and I thought a doctor was to look after the sick not turn them away
I booked the appointment via their Easy Visit as suggested by them and got a confirmation email. I waited entirely 1 week for my son appointment and at the day of my appointment they call me and says “They are not taking new patient”. Really? You should have mentioned earlier when I called you or should have mentioned in the easyvisit. So unprofessional of them. I saw bad review all over about this clinic but booked one anyways as I could not find any other provider at the earliest and was desperate to book one as I needed script for my son medication.
Such a same on their service!
I visited this practice for an appointment a while back for mental health related matters and the doctor i got legit just sat there never once looked at me and looked like he was only partially listening to what i was even saying. Then still without even looking at me asked me if it was all just in my head. (obviously not bothering to look up any of my medical files). I have never been so insulted and discriminated against by a medical professional to this extent before and it's honestly horrifying that there's such people working in health care. I'd advise those that deal with mental health conditions to find a practice/dr that actually considers you a person.
I would like to thank the lovely receptionist who helped me out this week. I really wish I had caught her name. I rang, upset about my son, and she was understanding, professional and went beyond the call of duty to get my son an appointment. Thank you, truly, from the bottom of my heart.
Do not go here. You will be turned away even if have an appointment. Reception staff are rude and not helpful. They did not even bother to check with the doctors if they can re-consider an emergency case as mine was one, I was in pain.
They said they are no longer accepting new patients. How come I was able to book online? They just wasted my time!
They do not deserve even a star.
I had tests taken Wednesday 15/12/21 and told to call Monday to speak to a nurse. I called Monday morning 20/12/21 around 10.30am and waited on hold 20 minutes. I get through and they advise they will put me on the nurses list but she is very busy. Its now 3.45pm 21/12/21 and I still haven't had a callback, I then call to check if I have been missed and I spend 45 minutes on hold and at that point I gave up.
I totally understand COVID has arrived and its a little more hectic but honestly 20 minute and 45 minute plus wait times on hold, really. I'll continue to wait by the phone for the nurse to call me but I won't be holding my breath.
Booked in medicals for staff as we have done for years.
Got given the wrong information, staff were not helpful at all, didn't even know what they cover.
Will use someone else for here in.
Judging by the comments, some people would not know a great practice if it bit them on the whatever. Bulk-billing? You get what you pay for and if you think a self employed business doctor can pay staff, and costs of working plus their own wage and super for $39 bucks for 20 minutes then you are deluded and have never tried to be self-employed. Quality medicine takes time, and if you pay a fee then you are getting better time. If you want supermarket medicine then go get bulk-billed and rushed thru. Its your health. Good medicine you need to ask and examine and think. Ridiculous. This is a GREAT practice
Have used this medical centre for years. The reception staff are rude, do not listen, not helpful. It used to be a friendly, calm environment. Not any more.
Hopeless cxxd first apptment, Dr sick apparently tols to bok thru an app which I did
arrived for apptment a work medical and got told I needed a nurses apptment as well.
Hopeless wont be back.
What sort of medical clinic is this? Seriously they are not taking new patients. Is this kind of business or what that we will only deal with our regular customers only. Such an awful clinic. Shame on you guys.
I have been dealing with this practice lately.which is my mothers practice and i have come across heather, and Gina who have help me above and beyond.what amazing staff they have

Staff always friendly, especially Nick. Wait times get a bit ridiculous some days but seems to be the case with any doctor.
