Hokkaido Sushi Train

Me an my partner went to buy the sushi today and the girl who in the front is very rude and has a very bad attitude. If you wish run a business, train your staff to do a customer service better. 27/02/24 Customer service is very poor

Was very impressed by the train that delivers the food after you order! When you order a drink the staff will deliver it and you’ll have to ask for a cup. The sushi were quite nice but they made too many of it on the conveyor belts and the food was left there for a very long amount of time, I doubt it’ll be very fresh by the time you consume it.

Every time we order home delivery we include instruction about less sauce on the sushi. This is tonight’s ‘please go light on the sauce’. It’s just ruins the sushi. Tried to explain over the phone, just got spoken over, told that next time they will try to follow special instructions. Was told the kitchen didn’t read the instructions. And instead used more sauce than the do I store.

Food is Very bored as same day same sushi.
Need clean table and chair which is very sticky. Toilet also need clean well.

Food was fantastic and loved the atmosphere and quirkiness with the train delivering the main I will definitely be back again

The food was very taste as per usual. However, the woman who was originally going to serve me I obsered blowing her nose with her serving gloves on. I asked her to change her gloves kindly. She replied 'I won't be touching the sushi'. I decided to have someone else serve me. She went off in a huff to serve someone else, gloves UNCHANGED!

Had a wonderful evening here celebrating my birthday recently. Will definitely visit again.

Such a fun and amazing way to be entertained and eat at the same time! Lots of food options to suit everyone

As a lover of food and a Chef I never really write reviews as I understand that working in a kitchen can be hard but I feel this one is well deserved. I come here when they opened a while ago and the food was amazing but today I made the choice to never return as both me and my partner where both very disappointed, both dishes we order where plain and over cooked to a point where I ate my karrage chicken curry just because I was paying for it. Over cook chicken same with the beef my partner got. And just to top it all off they have an opened kitchen, that is absolutely amazing but the last thing you want to see if someone eating in the kitchen and also most of them on they're phones. (And didn't wash their hands before touching food!) Good luck eating here guys. Disgusting just disgusting

Fresh and reasonably priced, however the Sashimi plate could be a little more generous for the money.

I never liked Sushi until this place. That says a lot as I really did not like it. But now that I have had real fresh Sushi I like it.

Fun but low quality. All plates 4.20$. Rolls are small and misshaped and served 3 instead of 4. Large chunks of rice, small, flat and sad pieces of fish. Counters not clean, tablets not working. Must be better in Launie.

Lots of choices. Ordered the Beef curry. The rice was a bit undercooked but the beef was tasty.

Sushi was okay. Was surprised there was no green tea to order. Don't order the udon - the soup was tasteless. The express train they comes with special order was cool though. Good for a quick bite but that's about it.

Good value for money. It was a bit confusing for us as first-timers but we got it sorted. Maybe some printed instructions would save confusion.
The food was interesting and we would go back again.

Loved this sushi train! The ordering system was clear and easy to use. Food was nice and fresh! We loved the little carriages that brought customers orders to them at their seats!

Really friendly staff that went out of their way even though the place was very busy. The food was super tasty too!

Amazing sushi Staff was so friendly and checked on us frequently to make sure that our experience was amazing. I will definitely be going back soon!

This please was quite nice but i should’ve gotten individual rolls, i got a pack and overall it was a bit flavourless and dry but still semi enjoyable

Lovely staff and the food was much better than initially expected and will leave you feeling full.
