Worse service the owner with the ear rings took 10 minutes to make edamame beans and yelled at me not how I would run a restaurant poor service

Very bad experiences every time came here. I working Glebe Hill shopping center every Wednesday to Friday so I would like to buy some foods before work. Last Wednesday two girls didn’t sell sushi even they made all already! Today it happened again! It so wired if you don’t mind your customers. Poor service, the worst experiences! Never come back again, I will tell the center manager should open a new store rather than a store want to sell food!

I eat a lot of sushi. So I think I’m qualified to say this is the BEST sushi I have ever eaten. Fresh, perfectly filled sushi rolls and the grilled salmon was perfect. Thank you!

Ordered and pre-paid take-away of 2 bento boxes for the kids while the adults go out for a very special anniversary dinner, for a collection time 20 min later, we arrive 25 min later and are asked to wait another 5 as they have been busy.fast forward another 10 min and they haven't even started it, in fact were just making sushi rolls, no sign of any bento's anywhere. 25 min after the pick-up time and 45 min after ordering, We weren't happy and asked for a refund as we had no time to even go back to get.dressed for our dinner. Adults and kids night totally spoilt, went back 5 min later as we still needed to feed them and were told we'd have to wait a further 40 min if we wanted anything and man behind the counter was extremely rude and condescending telling us its not his problem that we were going out for dinner but didn't accept it was their fault for huge delays. Never going back there again with that attitude or service and aggression. Still haven't got my refund. Warning to others never pay up-front because no one cares about the service or the food after that. Genki down the road is a food truck and so much better. 10-15 min wait instead of our 45 min empty-handed expedition and such lovely friendly service.

The best sushi to go in town! Serves the freshest fishes (and other good stuff) on tasty rice. Their maki sushi are generous size and filling. And their spicy chicken roll is definitely worth a try, fresh and come in big chunk!

Had a bento box over there, the food is good.
Maybe the 1st day they open, the staffs looks bit stressed and mass. But they are very good staffs and making delicious foods. Definitely will come back.
