PROS: the unit is small, cosy and warm in winter, netflix was a lovely surprise, everything you need to cook, comfy bed, car park off street, plenty of brochures, host communicated well but from UK by email & by phone is local
CONS: on a steep hill really need a car, neighbours are noisy up and down stairs next door, shower over bath, couch not very comfortable, glad we booked through bookings.com not Air b n b for $$ value, can do better in Hobart, was ok.
