A wonderful afternoon with charming and knowledgeable hosts. Greatly enjoyed meeting some tourists from France. The goats were all very cute. Pleasant afternoon tea provided. Highly recommended.

My family visited Hideaway Farmlet for a mini goat experience.it was fantastic. My toddler was so engaged and really enjoyed interacting with the farm animals. Brad and Lisa were super informative and knowledgeable on the farm practices and the local area. They were very friendly and welcoming. They ended the experience with some home made goodies and fresh coffee!

My wife and I both stayed and did the miniature goat experience. It was honestly the highlight of our trip. Highly recommend, to anyone travelling to Tassie. Lisa and Brad are both lovely people and care about their animals. The miniature goat experience was very educational and very informative. They really do deserve more than 5 stars

We enjoyed a relaxing time in the cosy country cottage. Being just outside the seaside town of Penguin, we had the best of both worlds. Meeting the baby goats with Brad made our stay extra special.

My partner and I stayed at the farmlet for 2 nights and we had nothing short of an amazing experience. We were lucky enough to visit just a few days after one of the mini goats had two little ones which made this experience extra special. The hosts Lisa and Brad are the most warm and inviting couple who really share a passion for permaculture and slow living. We couldn't recommend this stay more!

We had the most amazing stay at the gorgeous Hideaway Farmlet. The cottage was very clean and super cute with lots of little touches added that were appreciated. Brad & Lisa were the perfect hosts and being able to watch the farm animals feed and pat the miniature goats was a highlight. Thanks again for letting us experience your beautiful cottage & farm!

Thank you Lisa and Brad for having us at your beautiful farmlet. We loved the cosy little cottage - all the little extra touches made it so special and comfortable, no where has gone above and beyond to provide little treats like you have. Loved the goats and getting to go around with Brad to feed all the animals in the morning. We felt so welcome and would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a little getaway.

What can I say about a stunning, humble little farmlet that truly speaks for itself. Well I can tell you the best part of hideaway farmlet, isn’t the luxe bedding, delicious homemade treats, hilariously cute miniature goats, or the proximity to stunning coastline. It really is none of those amazing things. The best part is genuinely, hosts Lisa and Brad, the two most down to earth, humble human beings living their values unlike anyone we’ve ever met. They are a breath of fresh air, who have created a warm and welcoming experience that gives you a glimpse of their wonderful lifestyle. People of the earth, we need more of you and I’ll leave with nothing but pure admiration.
