Low quality meat in pepper pie, couldn't taste much pepper, mostly tasted salt. Pastry itself was good and flakey.

Service was unfriendly, which i can never understand -why would i come back to your business when i can go somewhere else that serves you with a smile.

Got 2 chunky meat pies and if U like salt cause it was the worst salted meat pie we have ever brought

Best pie I've had in a long time. Good value, good flavour, good pastry, good amount of real meat bits and mushroom.

SHEARWATER STORE.
I really wish Shearwater had another bakery to go to. This store would have to be the worst store for service and staff friendliness. You are very rarely greeted with a smile and have found some staff to be quiet rude. You can't bring your own takeaway coffee cup, they wont fill that up. You have to have a papercup and tip it in yourself. After my last visit I have decided to not return.

Talk about take me back, the Kitchener Bun (Cream Bun etc.outside SA) was the best I have had since 1960, and believe me I’ve tried many times to relive the nostalgia. Also had the Apple and Cream Turnover, again the best and that includes a lot of participating countries. It was only 50 kms on our trip round Tassie that I tasted the goods, and hell I regretted not buying a mobile home full.

Always a great selection of bread and cakes for your eating pleasure. Great service from the staff. If you want great Tasmanian bread and cakes go to Hennesseys.

Delicious breads, especially their pull apart bread. Go later in the afternoon and you can get it half price too. Helpful staff.
