Grays George Town Hotel

Food only: lovely pub food, exactly as you'd expect. Staff are super friendly and the kids play room in the dining area is great. Steak, eggs and chips a favourite.

The food wasn't very nice, but we ordered our food for takeaway, and we got no cutlery.

Our Mixed Grille Sports Car Assoc.settled on Grays Georgetown Hotel as the lunchtime venue for our regular Wednesday drive in the North West, leaving from Ulverstone. Our party of eleven was ably catered for by the staff and meals were very nice with very reasonable prices.

Would have to have been the worst pub meal I think you could ever get. 1st time & last time to visit. Should have sent it back. Defiantly no love or experience in the place.

Steak night: previous experience was much better.
Steak was very salty, lukewarm and 40% was fat
Chips, won't say anything, too much negativity
Dramatically different since change of ownership.
I hope they improve as I like to spend my dining $ locally

Meal was delicious, potato bake Parmi omg the best, I don't eat Parmi's but this yum I will be back

Great service. Meals delivered to your home by friendly staff and food was lovely, compliments to the kitchen. Very generous servings too. Highly recommend.

Make sure you eat here, friendly staff, great pub meal. We visited on trivia night, was very lively atmosphere.

Just had lunch there food was phenomenal. I had the potato bake parmigiana which was massive and so well priced for the size of it and the young lady that served us was extremely friendly and helpful.
Will definitely come here again when I come back to town

Attended restaurant for Friday steak night. Order a medium cooked steak. Was bleeding big time. Had to wait ages in queue for a drink before dinner, obviously not enough staff. Feel like I paid $25 for a few chips even salad was bland. Very disappointed not a good country town vibe here.

Our group of nine ladies had lunch at Grays on the 30th September 2022.

Would highly recommend it. All our meals were delicious, the prices were very reasonable and the service was excellent. Will be back again next time we are in George Town.

Excellent vegetarian meal choices. Mexican mushroom salad was something you might get in cosmopolitan Melbourne. Outstanding. Fast service and good prices.

Excellent all round pub. Visit every time I go to Georgetown. Meals ate huge and delicious, reqsonably priced. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Bar is ok and gaming room is quite nice.
Accommodation is clean qnd comfortable. Not pricey, but you still get a great deal, with alm the basic amenities.
Centrally located, I would highly recommend!

Kids going through the pokies when only 18+ are only to be in there

Wednesday nights for Bullets Poker! Excellent well priced pub food hot ready for half time break and served by the venue's always friendly staff, well run Poker events and great Tournament Director.

Very busy but staff performed brilliantly. Good range of beverages and meals in comfortable clean premises.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Saturday night dinner at your hotel tonight. A warm, friendly, welcome from the staff. My husband had the chicken and prawn stack and I had the Mexican chicken schnitzel. Both were served hot just as we like it. Both meals tasted fresh and we certainly enjoyed your rainbow salad. Very good value. Thank you for a lovely meal.

Enjoyable meal had by all good service great food. Table of 15 served their meals togethet everyone enjoyed what they ordered.
