Beautiful spot to stop and enjoy some bush surrounds, along with Lagoon (including access) for JetSki/boating etc if you so desire. Very clean and bug free hybrid toilets, flat camping spaces with LOADS of space in between- great for privacy.
Close (driving distance) to many other spots, shops and amenities. Road in and out had some potholes but for the most part very well maintained.
Also great to see revegetation in progress in some areas.
Free camping/caravan/campervan area.
Well designed driveways for easy access with reversing vehicle etc. Spacious spots.

Great place to camp, plenty of sites to cater for any type of camping.

Nice for a stop over. No ocean views just bush camps, lagoon is peaceful

A nice Bush camp (free) with some drop toilets. Very popular. Plenty of places to fish, walk, launch a boat at ramp or just enjoy the serenity
No bins. What you take in you take out.
Quite a winding road and in season would be slow going. Fire restrictions apply

Relatively open spaces, not a lot of privacy. Lots of toilet paper throughout the bushes even though there are drop toilets available. Ideal for a quick overnighter.

Single drop toilet and bush camping. Close to the lagoon, and quite protected from the wind. Fair few mosquitoes around so cover up and wear repellent.

It's a free campground with no facilities. Just a public non-flushed toilet. The good point is pets are allowed here. It is well-signposted. Swimming, fishing and boating are permitted here and the site has a boat ramp.
