Glebe Gardens reviews
38Great staff. Landscaping supplies, plants, every garden need and somewhere to dump green waste and concrete/bricks cheaply. What more do you need?
Beautiful items too bad the cashier is a rude, uncaring hag. I turned around at the door after her under the breath comment and spent my money elsewhere. Shopping with children is hard. Perhaps this woman should find another career. Customer service is dead to her.
We really enjoyed our visit to this cafe and nursery. The staff were very friendly, and we had a tasty morning tea.
The best spot ever for a cuppa tea, piece of cake and wander of the amazing gardens. Niche plants has gorgeous quality stock and all staff in the cafe and nursery are friendly.
Great place for gifts for any occasion and plants galore, also if you get thirsty and hungry wondering around you can go to the cafe
Beautiful nursery!
Good menu and food!
Terrible cafe staff!
The manager of this cafe should be so happy working in this lovely setting, but instead is rude, incompetent and clearly overbearing to her younger staff who were all miserable but far more competent than given credit for.
Coffees were made after those who ordered behind us.
Elderly couples had to sit outside in the cold because indoor tables were reserved for bookings 3 hours later.
Got in trouble for moving the chairs so my elderly mother could be more comfortable. Not allowed to add an extra chair to the end of a table for a child. Rules, rules, rules.
Glebe Gardens Nursery would really benefit from improving this area of the facility as it has clear potential.
This is the most beautiful cafe + nursery. If you want a relaxing time here with your friends or family this is the place to be!
Amazing ambience and zen vibes among the plants and trees it feels like you’re in the middle of a mini rainforest!
Coffee was impressive and amazing (excuse the spill) and their mocha cake was not too sweet!
Please pop by and visit this pleasant place, staff are great and friendly!
It's a beautiful place to relax and enjoy a Devonshire coffee and the staff are lovely. We love to treat ourselves.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great products, I love the Glebe Gold, just about to buy more, to mix in with my present garden bed, to give it a boost.
I visited Glebe gardens cafe today. After 1 hour from ordering I received my lunch. It was disgusting. Food I would feed my dog. It was my mothers birthday and she was very unimpressed at stated she would never come back. The staff were rude, grumpy and even served others behind us.
The gardens are amazing and the nursery has beautiful plants. Come with your own picnic lunch.
What a treasure trove if amazing bits n' bobs.
A great place to get the creative juices going and satisfied. Thanks for the visit!
Great shop with lots of nice interesting gift ideas. Beautiful healthy plants too, in the plant shop. Excellent service.
Staff in the gift shop were very friendly and helpful, the three stars are for them and all the lovely things they have. The cafe is terrible, overpriced food, we had a simple steak sandwich, with absolutely no flavour for supposedly grass fed beef. Took over half an hour to get drinks, people who wanted take away coffee were being served before tables. Very slow and mediocre food.
The owner constantly changes the prices and also abuses my employees while they are trying to sort through the waste they paid to drop off
Love Glebe. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because so many of the trees are missing names and/or prices. If there's 15 of the same tree and you can't find a name or price on any of them, it's more than a little frustrating.
The two young men in the gift shop, very helpful and didn't mind a chat. The wonderful landscape garden, a dream. I over heard a boy say to his grandmother, my favourite place in the whole world. That's said it all.
Have a coffee or lunch. Great food and service. Then take a walk around the extensive gardens. Always a pleasure. Before I leave there is always something to entice me in the many plants, ornaments and front shop. Staff are helpful and easy to talk to.
Lovely garden, lots of amazing wears to admire and buy. Lunch took a little time but very tasty. However a fan in the room would have given comfort.
I have not been to the garden centre for a long time and it has a lot of cool things and I bought a cactus for my collection
The plants are top quality from here.never disappointed always remember you only get what you pay for.
