Found this wonderful shop on a recent sightseeing day in Richmond. So many fantastic things to buy and all very good quality. It's a pity that they don't have a website and are not an online shop. Highly recommended.

I was absolutely gob-smacked when I went in there and it gets better as you go up. The quality and colours of the Christmas Trees and decorations on the top floor has to be seen to be believed. The imagination of the staff in how they have laid out and presented all the gifts is just incredible.

Can not understand all the negative reviews because of the rules. I have had my grandson in the shop he didn't touch a thing and the staff were wonderful. The sign says NO PHOTOS why would you get upset when you then get told not to take photos. This shop is an amazing store with many wonderous things inside, each floor is an adventure and if you need a drink or something to eat then go get them, finish them and come back. The length of time, the cost and the love that goes into this store should be respected. Like life, follow the rules and nobody gets hurt.

What a fabulous shop just so beautiful. Staff are so helpful and very polite just a wonderfu experience, so if you are visiting Richmond Tasmania you must stop and have a look at this beautiful shop.
