Had the best balayage I’ve ever had by Hannah this week. She really listened, understood and achieved the exact colours I wanted! Soo happy with the result. Thanks Hannah!

Went to see Lara today after she incredibly managed to fit me in so close to a Christmas and on a Monday when the salon is usually closed. Lara has only been at Genre for one month but has plenty of hair experience after being in the industry over 10 years!

My ask was a big one.
I wanted to take a grown out balayage to a corally pink. I was ready to have my hair damaged by bleach, ready to be told the colour I wanted wasn't possible.what I wasn't ready for was to be completely blown away by an amazing and vibrant result! My hair is happy and healthy too!

Asked for a short trim on my bangs and she thinned and straightened my hair, still left with long bangs.

Highly recommend just popped in for a cut they squeezed me in but took time and care with service. Amanda was professional and skilled I am very happy with the cut and blow-dry and I have difficult hair. Very happy also well priced

The only "complain" I had was that I booked an appointment through their website, but there was no actual confirmation of the booking so that was a bit nerve-wracking since I didn't know whether the booking went through! (It did though so don't worry if you don't get a confirmation!)

Absolutely wonderful experience! What Matt doesn't know about hair isn't worth knowing. He really listened to what I was after and not only did he achieve exactly what I wanted, he surpassed it. I really appreciated the hairdressing service provided by Amanda recently. I was attending our son's wedding and she was kind enough to come in early on the Saturday morning so that I could have my hair blow-waved and styled as a had a very short time frame to have this done. I was very happy with the result and was very happy and it helped to make my day.
