I had a wonderful experience at Geeveston Visitor Centre! They generously offered their cozy lobby with a fireplace for people to enjoy their meals from the famous Masaaki's Sushi. It was such a thoughtful gesture.

Moreover, they provided plenty of free brochures and shared valuable local knowledge with visitors. Their dedication to enhancing the experience and supporting local businesses is truly commendable.

If you're in the area, don't miss the chance to visit Geeveston Visitor Centre. You'll receive exceptional service and a warm welcome.

A mini museum not just an Information Centre. Top marks to the volunteers who looked after us on our visit.

Great little town hall and loved the Rosehaven TV show display. Oh and the fireplace is amazing on a freezing autumn afternoon.

Maybe an edit here. The Town Hall has the most wonderful information centre with a gallery. There is also a platypus and Huon pine display. Some woodwork items as well. It was truly a great stop. Add it to the list of places to drop in on.

Went to the town feast which I believe is on monthly. Great choice for food off independent food vendors.

Good selection of locally produced preserves, honey, beauty items, souvenirs, jewellery, crafts and Tassie Timber products. Woodworking tools on display up stairs. Clean premises. Good COVID-19 protocols.

Once again very impressed with everything that is on display and is available for purchase. Something of interest for grandchild daughter and myself. Well situated in the town with excellent toilet facilities close by.

Great little town hall with awesome products from local businesses. They have an amazing Christmas display and an art gallery. There was also a community centre there, with a couple small touristy attractions and a community loom. I recommend this salt, it's pricey but yummo!

Only used to facilities at the rear after visiting the cake shop over the road and the sushi van hiding on the other side.

Great visitors centre with something for everyone. A large range of local goodies and crafts from the region - you may be lucky and see an artist at work. Very friendly volunteers manning the desk - do not drive past and miss this opportunity to learn more about the district.

Gorgeous hand made glass ornaments like snails with boggley eyes. Smaller pieces made into jewellery. Prices are competitive but not extraordinarily dear. Lots of other nick nacks and curios to look at.
