LEFT MY FAMILY WITH 2 YOUNG TODDLERS STRANDED IN 40 DEG HEAT! THIS OPERATOR IS NEGLIGENT AND SHOULD NOT BE OPERATING DUE TO ITS DANGEROUS INCOMPETENCE.
Purchased a taxi ride from the beach back to the lodge for my family with 2 very very young kids after hiking for 2.5 hours in searing heat. Took my money, sent a confirmation email but did not show up.
I left several phone messages and emails but finally had to call the hotel for a rescue. They informed the operator to do their job to finally pick us up. I found out the operator was scuba diving while they were supposed to be on the job.
If the hotel did not inform the operator, we would have had to trek another 3 hours back with little water and 2 very young kids.
I wrote to complain and a demand for my money back but to date no response.
This operator is negligent and has put my family in danger.
DO NOT PURCHASE!

Had a really great time, the girls who ran our kayaking tour were friendly, enthusiastic and created a fun environment. The scenery and paddle itself was stunning. Loved the hot choccy/biscuit break on the beach - especially for our evening, moody weather paddle. Thanks so much for a great experience.

Brilliant trip to Hazards Beach (by Aqua Taxi) from Coles Bay with a short 30min walk to Wineglass Bay.
Definitely recommend it, and Nathan was very good to deal with.
