2We weren't able to book a farmstay or make time for a guided farm tour while in Tasmania, but we decided to call this wonderful farm nearby and were welcomed with so much kindness. The owner met us at the gate with a basket of feed and treats and allowed us to roam around feeding all the sheep, chickens, alpacas, and ponies at our leisure. She also did this with no cost. We of course insisted she accept some money for our gratitude, but even before we entered she was already so generous with information and told us about all the different animals and their unique habits ️ Absolutely lovely time, even with Eddie the goat trying to intercept every fist of feed Thank you so much for the hospitality! We will cherish the memory.
Best place to stay at Strahan, accommodates families and you will live the animals and feeding them. The property has everything you need. You will feel like your at home.
