Family Bistro St Helens

We stopped here for lunch. Great food. Friendly staff. Amazing views across bay. Highly recommend.

We came at noon, only the bar was open, we ordered a hamburger and salmon. Both were tasteless, the chips were good. The restaurant may be good but the bar's food really needs improvement

The steak was so good but side dishes very small and 4 dollars more for sauce. Drink service was so so long as meals with not many in house. The gaming room was a sauna and couldn't stay and enjoy, hopefully more people friendly later in the year.

Dropped in for dinner, lamb shank was good, staff were efficient, serving staff were not overly friendly but we did get our food fairly quickly and it tasted okay.

Orderd seafood basket not really impressed with it scallops not really good not a place I'd go back to

The Bayside Don't know how to cook steak order Medium rare got Medium well. Also ordered Fish and Chips and the fish was under cooked.absolutely Disgusted

I ordered a scotch fillet steak and then was told that they had none, when I received my meal the porterhouse steak that i reluctantly replaced my scotch with was burnt on the outside and tough.

Service was amazing, the staff were super helpful. We ordered and got our food within 10 mins! I had the chicken schnitzel Hawaiian and it was perfect! Highly recommend!

Had a lovely meal here in our one night stop in at Helen’s. Just a short walk down stairs and we were at this nice bistro and bar, wasn’t to many people in there so the service was quick and so were the meals. Had a delicious surf and turf cooked perfectly with a nice amount of fries and creamy garlic sauce.

Would definitely eat here again.
