Ernest and Ernesto reviews
16Loved our visit and the owner barista is a real character. He named the place after Ernest Hemingway and Che Guevara whose real name was Ernesto. Do the place has a real Cuban vibe.
Coffee and cake bar. Locally owned with high quality coffee. Cakes made fresh daily & Has non dairy presenting milk options for the inner north pals.
Easy off the highway stop post the boat.
Beautiful coffee and the owners are very friendly which makes the atmosphere very relaxed and pleasant.
If there is one thing to do in Longford, it is definitely to visit "Ernest & Ernesto".
The BEST Coffee and Bakes in Tasmania.
DON'T miss it.
Excellent coffee, great hospitality and fantastic eclectic atmosphere. Best cafe in Tassie
Fantastic coffee & cake! Interesting cafe with great vibe! Only wish we had found it sooner!
We go here every year when we holiday with our caravan at Longford
It's a must stop coffee shop.
One completely out of the box in a very good way.
Fun host.
Spent a nice morning coffee this morning while visiting from Adelaide. This cafe is unique and with so much querky decore is a must when visiting Longford.
As a visitor to Longford from Melbourne, sometimes you can get a bit confused about where the best coffee places are. Yet without question, Ernest and Ernesto is a brilliant place to get a fresh cup.
Served by the friendly owner, with interesting memorabilia throughout the establishment, you definitely want to visit when you’re in town!
Great takeaway coffee in a super quirky, quaint spot. Barista was friendly and passionate. Delicious cakes available too - the carrot cake was yummo!
Fantastic coffee from an absolutely passionate barista, from the length of his beard, I'm guessing close to a wizard, definitely a warlock.
Excellent coffee and cake, served by the friendly owner in a great intimate full of interesting memorabilia. Will definitely revisit this fabulous cafe.
I had high expectations prior to ordering coffee at this venue, due to hearing fantastic reviews from other Longford Locals. The service was prompt and friendly and the venue is neat and tidy. The coffee was tasty. However the take away coffee cups are slightly smaller in each size category then the standard ones used at others venues, but the price was $1 more expensive then any where else in the town. I also found it very off putting that despite ordering my Cappuccino with 2 sugars, I was handed 2 little sachets and a stirring spoon at the same time as receiving my coffee.
Added an uncomfortable extra 90 seconds to my shopping experience
Coffee tasted like dirty water I’m sorry and it left a horrible aftertaste. Could only have a few sips and threw it out. I ordered with soy milk so it may have been the soy. But the coffee tasted odd. Just bad.
Best coffee in the North. Innovative and quaint coffee shop. A must have coffee to get the day going. Pouring off a 1952 vintage coffee machine. Come out and let Filip, tantalize your taste buds.
Beautiful espresso bar, brilliant coffee. Looks like it has been there forever and I hope it will!
