EPIC Assist

Thank you for all the help Amy (Banica), I feel really positive about my future after talking to you!

Was a great company until Lol left, since then both myself & my partner have been transferred to somebody who barely puts any effort in, was informed we would be transferred to a different person only for that to never been discussed & the person working with us kept trying to ring us for our phone appointments during times we've repeatedly explain isn't suitable as it impacts our NDIS supports - only for both myself & my partner to get a random letter in the mail saying we've been removed from Epic Assist as our 'studies' have been completed even though I've been with Epic Asisst for years outside my studies. I wouldn't recommend Epic Assist to anybody until they re-sort their organisation. Pretty poor to only get a random letter saying we've removed from the services after years of support.

Epic Assist is a great place to have in your corner when you have a disability and are struggling to get work. They have great training ideas and work hard to see you succeed in the industry you choose to be in.

Epic Assist has been amazing support in my quest to get my life back. But like all organizations, a company is only as good as the people they employ. I have found Epic has excelled on all fronts. Loll Stratton has been my Epic Assist support worker and she continually goes the extra mile. When Loll says she will definitely find me a job, I so appreciate the calmness I feel because I have total faith in her, her professionalism and her drive.

Epic were fantastic for me and helped me secure employment quickly. Both Lol and Gaylene helped me out a lot when I was struggling to find employment due to being out of the workforce for a significant amount of time. Epic have continued to support me since and I’m so grateful for the help they provided.

We were approached by Lollita from Epic to inquire if we would offer some work experience for some of their clients. Lollita listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I was introduced to Josh who just fit into our office with no issue at all and is now employed with our company on a permanent basis. Lollita made everything so simple and stress free by offering continuous support for 3 months to ensure it was the right fit for everyone:)

Words can't adequately express how helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and empathetic Lollita from Epic Assist is. She helped give me the confidence to deal with some really tough issues that most people just put into the "Too hard basket". Thank you Lollita. You are a special lady

I am blown away by the help provided to me by Nomi Mountney in Launceston office.
Nomi's great manner of explaining the service provided by Epic and overall enthusiasm really boosted my mood and experience.
It was thanks to my first meeting with Nomi that i went home and began searching on 'Seek' for suitable positions.
I emailed a couple of companies to see if a 57 year old may be considered for the roles.
Well a week and a bit later i have just been granted an interview at one of the businesses!
Thank you Nomi for i would not have looked on Seek without you helping my mood and confidence.
