After a few months I transferred, after the employment consultant ghosted me by not replying an email I sent to her. With which I informed her of an interview I had two business days later. During the appointment (earlier that same day I sent an email to her), I mentioned that in the event of getting an interview I would like help with interview questions. The consultant said she could arrange for me to have a mock interview with her and her colleague at their office in Hobart. Also, the consultant did not book a date and time for my next appointment a fortnight later. The blonde came across as: reserved, passive aggressive, resentful and bearing a grudge. With such an attitude like that, she should not be a DES employment consultant.

My experience with AJ at Epic assist has been very positive since she is always kind and understanding. It's refreshing not only to speak with a real person, but to be treated like one.

So much more personal than other agencies. You don't feel like another name on a list!
Thanks Astrid!

Not qualified to deal with the unemployed, certainly not qualified to deal with anyone with any form of disability.

Only assistance i have recieved is a couple of lines on a resume. I can't get hold of my case worker half the time and certainly not after 3pm, i call the number provided and end up talking to Qld office. It costs me decent money to get into the closest regional town only to have my case worker tick a box and say seeya next time. I put in a complaint about my case worker, her boss called me and i told her my concerns, instead of recieving a letter confirming what i complained about in writing her boss completely neglected to mention any of it in written correspondence. I could clearly see she was covering her workers back side. For a company who deals solely with people with sickness, disability, depression and anxiety they are terrible, my anxiety has gone through the roof. Thanks Jane
