Eastlands reviews
40Shopping centre is good, the best Hobart has to offer, large variety much better than north gate in Glenorchy. However, unfortunately there are some very stupid choices that negatively impact the centre. Firstly the minimal security and high amount of eshays and shoplifters. Secondly there is a very small food court and minimal seating, this is very bad when trying to sit down and eat lunch from one of the venues store holders. Also there is a Coles supermarket next to the Foodcourt. Simply feeling out of place. There is also a lack of community events taking place here which is a big downfall.
Pretty ordinary for moving between floors and parking.
Rip out the stair escalator and replace with a travelator would be my suggestion.
I watched elderly try to navigate the sloped floor with walkers and sticks. They did not look secure.
Are there many accidents in here?
Eastlands in Rosny -a great place to shop with an excellent variety of stores with plenty of friendly staff. Coles, Kmart, Woolworths. Parking can be scarce especially after school and weekends but it’s not too long before someone heads for home. For quick visits there is plenty of parking behind the shops on opposite side of street to Eastland.
Heaps of stores to visit, plenty of eateries easy access toilets. MY only complaint, you have to go out into the carpark to use the lift.
Has a couple of alright shops. Parking is ok, as long as it's not Christmas, Easter or after school for that matter.
Always a great place to visit and shop. You can grab a bite to eat, buy some jewellery or just browse through the many shops
Decent little shopping centre with parking and a good range of shops. I’d recommend getting in and out before 1pm though, before all the little scrotes get out of bed. Makes for a better shopping experience.
The lady at the kmart entrance is nice. Limited amount of junkies. Clean and dull as heck. Come here if you're depressed and want to spend your sadness away.
Couldn't believe what I was seeing last time I was at eastlands, 2 security staff attacking a woman the Male security guard actually punched a young woman
I am disabled and found disability park easily. I can't use escalator so I use lift which was clean.im so glad c hairs are back thanks
A lot of parking & many different shops. Just lack a homewares store e.g. Minimaxx. Frequent buses to this location from Hobart City.
The men's public toilets are a disgraceful.not the cleaners fault they do the best they can.but wow we have some terrible people in the world
Worst Woolworth store ive been to Australia wide, no thought what so ever with placements of items, everything is anywhere and every where.full screaming adults and kids
I have shopped at Eastlands happily for 30+ years. Never overstayed my parking. But someone loves to chalk mark my tyres. Might have shop some where else.
I to pick up some stuff from Rebels. Great service, beyond expectations. They even showed me which loading dock I should park at. Eastland overall a nice place to be. Everything's there but not too crowded
Pretty good shopping mall, not sure about the parking though. Maybe I went into the wrong area, cause parking was very limited and squishy.
Jenna Bell Aesthetics doing injectables out of Laser Clinics Australia downstairs next to Rebel
It really is the best that Tasmania offers, all shops tenanted, some good clothes shops (though that seems to be changing as so many are having closing down sales
The toilets need to be upgraded! The service is always lovely. The car parking needs another level and more trolley bays.
You can hardly compare this shopping mall to those in Melbourne and Sydney. That being said, it covers your basic needs given you don't go there expecting high end shops/boutiques.
