5Staff not helpful. Had a diffuser for 8 months (Christmas present) then it started short-circuiting. They refused to do anything to help. Would not recommend shopping here.
Staff usually nice but today is so rude:) angry about this never come back again
Dusk is super expensive but if you want something smelly they have every way of delivering every smell imaginable. Good quality and huge range.
I can’t believe I brought 3 10ml bottles of Essential oils, when I got home to open them they were only half full. What a waist of $50, won’t be going back to buy more.
One week ago I went into store and asked if there were any reed diffusers on sale ie: the ones that had a small saucer to place underneath. “No we only have full priced ones” - “ok thanks” I said and walked out - today I get email to say they are on sale! Could she not have told me that a sale was pending on those items and to look out for it? If they want customers to purchase their very expensive items they should be more helpful as other stores can be (especially with price and sales) Perhaps the staff need more customer service training? Also makes me wonder if they sell those little saucer’s separately?
