4Dealt with a young lady named Sam who was excellent who helped me finding the perfect gift. Friendly and professional and an asset to the store and brand.
Given 3 stars is because I still really enjoy the product of dusk. And I have no problems at other dusk shop. However Unfortunately this rating was due to the poor customer service experience here.
Did not feel any comfortable at all when shop here.
Worst customer service. Shame on you. The staff are racist. Will never put my feet in that store. Before I came in, there were several customers (local people), the staff were like very friendly and nice. After I walked in, they totally ignored me. That’s fine, I just looked and picked several products by myself because I thought they were busy at whatever they were doing. THEN, other customers (local people) came in, they immediately said hi and asked others if they need any help. I was planning to pay but after I saw how they treated me, I put down all the products I picked and left. I swear I will never buy anything from dusk.
I visited the store yesterday afternoon. There were no welcome or greet or question "how can i help? " from the staffs. They were just chatting to each other. Looking to buy some stuffs but there was no support so i just left
