Had a lovely dine in meal today. Very clean, the lady at the counter was friendly, the prices were very reasonable and my Bang Mi was sooo good. Lots of tasty pork and crackle.
Partner had the chicken schnitzel burger and it was perfectly cooked, with nice crispy chips

Non descript in appearance however the food is super yummy. Have a Vietnamese pork baguette or their very delicious spring rolls. The service girls are lovely and friendly.
Duca Fusion provides a great range of options from brunch to buffet, in addition to a brand-new Viet cuisine. The food are top-notched and affordable. Staff are pleasant and ever-smiling. It's a quick 5-star for me!
This is my first time dine in at Duca Fusion. The restaurant is very tidy & clean, which gives me a good impression. Staff are nice and friendly. I ordered Banh My Crackling roast pork and pork char siu. They are crunchy outside and soft inside with lots of fillings. Next time I will try the brunch menu and lunch buffet. Highly recommend to anyone who would like to try Vietnamese cuisine ;)

Holy moly! $8.50 for an incredible Viet baguette with Viet sausage sooo tasty and a rice roll with the most velvety tangy sauce!

Very good customer service! Plus they have delicious lunch buffet with more than 20 options which is surprisingly succulent for only 11.95 pp.never've seen a place of such great value near around hobart city. Will literally come every day!
